Fairly easy to send my receipt picture once my son did it for me and a response that U had received it but as yet not had my money sent back , will be a week tomorrow

We can see that your most recent claim wasn't paid because the receipt submitted was missing some of the information we need to assess a claim. In this case, the treatment date wasn't visible, so we were unable to process it.
You should have received an email advising you of this, which directs you to the 'Claims History' area of the online customer area, where you can view the full details of your claim, including the reason it wasn't paid.
If you're able to resubmit a full copy of the receipt showing all the required information, we'd be happy to review your claim again.
