Worst customer service for online retail. After returning 2 items (one had arrived damaged), the company only issued a refund for 1 item and withheld the processing fee. Customer service refused to help saying they would donate the other item since it was not eligible for return despite their system allowing me to process it. Horrible! I consider this theft. Avoid!

I’m extremely disappointed with South Moon Under’s poor customer service and unprofessionalism. I purchased an item just an hour before a sale started, but they refused to honor the 30% discount, which would have saved me $69.99. Their strict, inflexible policy is unreasonable, and the dismissive, rude response I received from customer service made it clear they don’t value their customers.
I won’t shop here again and will share my experience with others. If you value fair treatment and good service, avoid this store—they clearly don’t care.

I am just a person who likes to shop and I recently purchased a Free People Bunny Sweater from South Moon Under. I had never heard of this store but noticed they had multiple locations in the US. They had the best price and seemed legit so I went forward and purchased. I am happy to say that I got exactly what I ordered at a great price. The shipping was about $8 or $9 so that is factored in but it was still less to order here than retail. I am a happy customer.
My item arrived quickly and in good shape! I gave it as a gift and it broke very quickly (due to manufacturer's defect), but the customer service immediately gave me a refund. A great experience- I'd order from this company again!
