I changed to AGL home internet then I thought I would put all my eggs in one basket... Just recieved 2mobile bills for the month $60 odd, was meant to be $5/$10 per phone instead of $30 odd each...
Not too mention sneaky home internet I've noticed has been cutting out and today doesn't exist. SO Thanks southern!

Waited 10 days and they could not give me any conformation on my purchase of phone and sim,then another 2 days to cancel the order and account, i advise everyone NOT to trust this company with their details

WORST EXSPERIENCE EVER FROM SOUTHERN PHONES.
My father died 30August 2021 after countless calls to them STILL WAITING FOR REFUND! YOUR COMPANY IS DISGRACEFULL

Just...not good. I signed up through Connect Now when I was moving because I was promised two months free internet and a good plan for $65 per month. Bad decision on my part.
I was billed for those two 'free' months at $75 per month plus a $10 late fee.
It took over 6 customer service interactions (all instigated by me, no call backs or case management) to get it resolved as I kept getting bills and late payment reminders. I closed my account and have had to ask three times to get my final bill sent to me.
It looks like it's all sorted now (fingers crossed) but yes terrible customer service and awful billing.
Really would not recommend.

Pathetic. Communication with someone who knows what they are talking about is difficult. I have had ongoing incorrect bills for the last 17months. Overcharging anyone, especially a senior, is not on and I feel powerless to have this situation corrected. They also have said they cannot ring clients!! A phone company.

Just awful. WiFi is consistently unstable. You have to keep an eye on your bills because they will double bill you and they even charged me for a month when I was still waiting for a connection. I’m sick of them to be honest and will change providers as soon as I can

Absolutely horrendous experience. Constant billing errors not rectified. They are still billing me months after I disconnected our service. Extremely poor customer service.

Worst experience with Southern Phone
today. Had my account closed for more than 2 months now and they are still invoicing me $90 per month for internet. Was promised account closure and a refund of $90 by multiple support agents over 5 interactions in 2 months but they still continue to charge me consistently without any resolution, only to keep dangling a carrot saying its been escalated and telling me that my account needs to be in credit before a refund can be made. Would not recommend anybody to use this service as it just is not worth dealing with their support team when you need to. Now to also realize that this happens to many others like myself, there needs to be some major internal infrastructure changes to help streamline their customer support inquiries. I feel like a circus clown having to jump through so many obstacles to even move forward with something. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Amaysim support was 1000% better before Southernphone took over.

Over two weeks ago days I have purchased a mobile service from Southern Phone for my uncle Witold phone #0424 926 512. On 26 June sim card arrived and I have asked for activation of the card. As Witold is 85 years old and needs to keep his current telephone number to stay in touch with his doctors, hospitals, and friends, I have asked for porting of his current phone number from Vodaphone. The Southern Phone representative has assured me that it will be done in 48 hours. Still waiting despite numerous calls to the company. Avoid Sourthen Phone services - totally unreliable.
