Sensitive, empathetic, experienced. good advice, strong attention to paperwork detail - they go above and beyond. The prices are better than the national chains too. We become aware of Southall Funeral Service as they took care of our uncle's funeral in May. Little did we know that just a couple of months later, we would be needing these services after our beloved dad passed away. From the start, Ben and the team communicated each stage of the process in a kind and comprehensive way.
