Intrasparent

Seite mit vielen Angeboten im Musikbereich, teilweise von privat. Leider ist der Ablauf nicht transparent. Wie lange eine Anzeige bereits online ist, wird nicht angezeigt. Man gibt ein Angebot ab.... Und dann wartet man... Wie lange? Darüber wird man nicht aufgeklärt. Erst auf Anfrage erfährt man, dass das Zurückziehen eines Angebots eine Gebühr kostet. Eine Aufstellung über Gebühren gibt es nicht. Ebenso wenig eine Anzeige, wann man sein Angebot zurückziehen könnte. Bei der Registrierung muss eine Telefonnummer angegeben werden - Soundsmarket gibt keine Hotline Telefonnummer an.
Update: Das Zurückziehen einer Kaufanfrage soll 2% Gebühr der Gesamtsumme kosten. Kaufanfragen müssen 5 Werktage aktiv bleiben, auch wenn die Gegenseite sich nicht meldet. Beides erfährt man erst auf Anfrage.

Un gran servicio de venta y…

Un gran servicio de venta y comunicación, me ayudaron en todo momento y el envío del producto fue rapidísimo, protección total del producto, por qué la empresa de transporte no lo trato muy bien aún teniendo la etiqueta de frágil, pero ellos lo protegieron hasta de una bomba atómica, se lo recomendaré a amigos y familiares que quieran hacer compras de estos equipos

Très satisfait de ce site. J’ai vendu mon contrôleur Dj à un acheteur en Italie. Service client très professionnel et disponible par WhatsApp du début jusqu’à la fin. Expédition par Chronopost. Je recommande vivement Soundsmarket.
