ALL support requests and follow-ups have been answered IMMEDIATELY.
The issue wasn‘t only solved quick snap but the form I needed to fill in had been prepped by the support with info I had provided for the bugreport.

I've used the free playlist submission part of the website for years and have landed on some good playlists. Although it takes a lot of work. More recently I've been using their 'clicks' tool for creating music smart links that i use when i share my music on social media on in adverts and thats really great, by far the best tool of it's kind i've tried so far. They also have a tool for setting up ad campaigns but I have not tried that yet.

Hello, I'm Mr. Handef, an electronic music producer, and this is my experience: It works to a certain extent, it has many playlists with few followers, and the ones with many, if you happen to be accepted, don't generate streams, it's truly strange.

I own and curate a free playlist, and if I accept songs, I at least listen to them in my playlists, so when you're accepted, many times, not even the playlist owners themselves listen to the track. I give it 3 stars only because it's free.

I'd say, so far, it's been pretty good. My only problem is that having the right songs on your playlist is hard if you want the following: For instance, I have an Indie/Rock playlist, but I mostly get submissions from the categories pop, hip-hop, and rap. So, now my playlist has shifted a little towards indie pop/rock, which wasn't what I originally intended it to be. It's still been good, and I've found many new songs from this experience. There may also be an issue with actual monthly listeners when trying to sign up for Playlist Push or Submithub, but I haven't gotten to that point yet. If I make it there, I'll leave another review o7.

This is a great site for engaging other musicians, for hearing new music and getting reactions to your music. From what I can tell this isn't a site for getting thousands of plays in one month's time as it really isn't a promo site. It costs nothing to pitch to the playlists. To publish a playlist on its site it cost nothing unless you want to pay 15 dollars to rush your playlist's publication.. I have been engaged with players around the world and we support and follow one another. It's a very simple site it may not be what your looking for if your expecting thousands of listeners but it is a legitimate site. I curate 5 playlists and have been added to other playlists as an artist. I have never asked for money and no one has ever asked of me any money. Think of this as more of a social network than a money making enterprise.

I'd give it a 1 star review, however, some playlists do accept you without asking for extra money just to be placed onto a fake playlist full of bots.

I'd say stay away from this if you're a serious musician looking to be discovered. Think about better strategies. If you're looking to engage in Payola at least investigate the playlists.
