Do NOT trust this service with your credentials
I signed up for Soundiiz specifically to transfer my playlists from Yandex Music to Spotify. The process seemed straightforward — I entered my Yandex account credentials, hit confirm, and waited. The transfer never happened. Nothing. No playlists moved, no progress, no error message explaining why it failed.
What I did get, however, was an email from Yandex notifying me of a suspicious login to my account — from North Carolina, USA, on a Windows 10 machine. I am not in the US. I have never been to North Carolina. I do not use Windows 10.
So to summarize: the service took my login credentials, did absolutely nothing with them on my end, and apparently used them to access my account from a completely different country. Whether this is negligence (storing credentials insecurely and getting breached) or something more deliberate, I have no idea — but the outcome is the same. My account was accessed without my knowledge.
I immediately changed my password and revoked all third-party access. I strongly urge anyone reading this to not enter your credentials from any music service into Soundiiz until they provide a transparent explanation of how they handle authentication and why logins are originating from US-based servers without user consent.
This is not a minor bug. This is a serious privacy and security concern. Avoid.

We want to clarify that this is not a security issue.
Unfortunately, Yandex Music does not provide an official public API to access user data. Because of this limitation, Soundiiz has to rely on a direct connection method, meaning the login request is routed through our servers in the United States. This is why Yandex flagged the access as coming from a US-based IP address.
This behavior is expected and normal given the technical constraints, and it does not mean your account was compromised or accessed by any unauthorized party. The login originated from our infrastructure in order to attempt the transfer.
That said, this method is not always reliable, which can explain why your transfer did not complete successfully. We also provide an alternative method using a direct access token in our FAQ, but we understand this approach can be more complex to use.

We genuinely hope to improve support for Yandex Music in the future, but this fully depends on whether they decide to provide a proper API.

Soundiiz worked very well with the link that Qobuz sent for transferring songs and playlists out of Spotify into Qobuz.

Failed transfer
I migrated my libraries from Tidal to Qobuz and nothing appears in Qobuz despite email from Soundiz saying transfer successful. Repeated the process and still nothing. I've cleared the cache, restarted the app, re-installed, checked the web player and nothing appears. Seriously disappointing.

As indicated on Soundiiz, the Qobuz API is currently down, which is why even if you received a success message automatically generated by Soundiiz, it may not be working.
Be aware that the Qobuz Team is actively working on this and expects to resolve this issue in the coming days.

Makes my music so much simpler!
This application has been worth every penny... As I've switched favorite music providers multiple times through the years, it's been so helpful to sync up all of my playlists and even go back to original playlists from when I first started streaming music at all... Or before that when I was just listening to music I owned! Through the years they've simplified the process and made it so much easier with each update to know exactly what I'm doing with each playlist.

Edit: I'm leaving my initial review up for transparency. However, one of the founders (Thomas) reached out and resolved my issue. i wanted to copy my music
i wanted to copy my music, especially a 2000 tune playlist, from amazon to qobuz, so i used soundiiz. it is possible, but very cumbersome, using the free version. for €5 it did it very easily.

Effortless
I don’t know that Soundriiz exists but boy, I’m glad it does! The process of transferring my 6,000 song library was flawless, smooth, effortless and simple! I have all of my playlists too! The addition of getting the email sent when the process is finished and being able to just close the open tab and let soundriiz do the work, AMAZING!
