Don’t buy from this company. For a Christian based company, they don’t act like it. They stole my money. Product was never attempted for delivery (I have camera proof) they won’t refund me and the customer service takes days on end to respond. WARNING THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

I would give this 0 stars if it was an option.

I ordered two shirts from Soultt. The shipping was fine, the purchase experience was fine. However, when the shirts came they ran EXTREMELY small. The shirts were only tried on and still had tags on them. I immediately reached out about a refund.

I was informed that a refund would cost me $40 in shipping to send back OR I could spend an additional $30 for larger sizes, on top of the $57.21 I had already spent.

I informed them it was unacceptable. They offered me the same "refund" with international shipping at my expense, or I could send them pictures of shirts and they would give me a partial refund of $30 still giving me a net loss of $27.21. They also now offer the shirts for $20 in addition to my original purchase price.

I remained firm that it was still an unacceptable solution. So they made the same "refund" option, or sold me the larger sizes for $25 (making it a worse offer than before). I countered by telling them an acceptable offer would be either to send me the larger shirts as an exchange at no additional cost, or to give me a partial refund for everything except my original shipping cost (the original shipping cost on the receipt was $8.99).

At this point, they stopped responding to my emails. I have sent several follow-ups. Previously, they were prompt and responded to emails quickly, but I haven't heard back from them for roughly 18 hours now.

They do not make this This is scam behavior. Do not, under any circumstance, spend money with this company.

This company is a scam. Claimed to attempt delivery, which they did not, then directed me to contact delivery company that has no email or phone number and website is all in chinese. Then they offered to send one free replacement instead of just delivering the ghost package. Since they are overseas I don’t see how shipping a new package would make sense when original is apparently in my town. Also it would take weeks. I called their crap and filed a paypal case to get refunded

Love the hoodies I got!! I wear them every week! The inside is a soft as a t shirt and the oversized fit makes it soooo comfy during these cold months!! Also, I’m not going to lie the designs are all so cute it was hard to choose!!

ordered a few sweatshirts all good quality and vibrant colors.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! It’s just cheap Chinese items. The sleeves were like half the size of the sweatshirt so I asked for an exchange. The size small was like a kids small it was honestly ridiculous like super tiny. The customer service was HORRIBLE the WORST I’ve ever experienced. It was all automated from a foreign email address in another language so I don’t know where they are based. They took forever to respond even tho it said 24 hours is standard. They said they wouldn’t do an exchange because overseas shipping is expensive and they just gave me a discount to buy another size. So I did, and they shipped the larger size to the wrong address and I don’t know where it is now so who knows if the product is even good. Waste of money. Bummer because the designs are cute but quality and service SUCKS!! Don’t buy!!

My package said it was delivered, but wasn’t and Soultt wanted me to make the claim with their shipping company they choose to ship my order. I work in online retail and that is 100% something the company should handle to provide adequate customer service. I do not recommend this company AT ALL! On top of that, they are responding to my requests extremely slow (and are heavily using AI to communicate). Very disappointed since I thought I was supporting a Christian ethical brand.

Still have not received product I ordered for Christmas.
Also I contacted via email and messenger and did not get quick replies.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts. I was charged for them. I never received them. I have “chatted” with them multiple times. Their response comes 2-3 days later and simply states something along the lines of ~ we’re looking into it … be patient.

I attempted to chat on line and could not get a response. I need to change the delivery address.

I ordered the incorrect size initially. I am going to keep this one for myself. It is a lovely hoodie. I ordered another one to replace the one I'm keeping for myself but inadvertently put incorrect mailing address. Ihave reached out by email moments after I placed the order.

My item was ordered December 9 for a Christmas gift. It is December 31 and I still have not received it. In USPS tracking it literally said the item was seized by the government for counterfeit postage. This company is out of China and I would not trust it. When I put in a dispute on Paypal, I was refunded immediately. That NEVER happens on Paypal. It usually takes over a month for them to investigate and get back to you. Clearly even Paypal realizes that this company is problematic.

Placed an order at the very beginning of December and haven’t received anything yet. I did hear from someone but all they said was it’s because of the holidays but the tracking hasn’t changed at all.. It was supposed to be a gift and I haven’t received anything yet or any updates. It’ll be a whole month in a couple of days, really frustrating and wish I had more updates and answers.

It has been a month and a half and my shirts should finally get here this week. It was much longer than I anticipated, but I did hear from customer service regularly and they responded fairly fast and were working with me. They were willing to re-send the shirts if they got lost or refund me eventually. If you plan to buy anything as a gift, I’d do it much earlier than you think you need to buy it.

My experience ordering from this company has been subpar. When I placed the order, I believed the product was shipping from the United States. The order confirmation stated delivery would take 6–9 business days; however, it has taken nearly a month and will not arrive in time for Christmas. My order was placed on 12/3/25 and I’m told will not be arriving before Christmas. Due to this misleading information, I will not be using this company in the future. There are many U.S.-based companies that honor their stated delivery timelines. I ordered faith based shirts from a company called Arise and my shirts arrived in less than 9 days

Love the products. Would suggest maybe including some minimalistic designs as well.
Some helpful critique / feedback…
When choosing the t-shirts, it would be helpful if it stated the color selected before adding it to the cart.
For example, the images between black and navy are very similar, and I wasn’t sure which color I actually selected until I went into my cart to review it.
Would save an extra step for the customer if you specify the color when selecting / highligting the item before having to add it to the cart.

Other than that, love your website and products it’s a lovely mission you’re doing. Best wishes!

Couldn’t tell the color until clicked on it to check out. What color grand dtr requested wasn’t a choice. How can apricot look like cream? Also the shipping was exorbitant, with the normal charge days to delivery extreme, so of course, paid for express with question of no present with regular shipping.

Great quality and printing is quality. I did have a wrong size. This was fixed straight away. I had a reply within a hour and a kind confirmation. Lovely to do business with. Highly recommend.🥰🥰
