Kjøpte to skap via nettbutikken. Skapene var pene. Men dørene vil ikke lukke seg. Brukte 6timer på å montere hvert enkelt skap. Kvaliteten er dårlig. Kan ikke anbefale disse møblene videre. Heller ikke kundeservicen fra nettbutikken. Kan levere de til nærmeste Søstrene grene butikk, eller avslag på 15% på defekte varer. Kommer aldri til å handle møbler ved Søstrene Grene igjen. Dette lever ikke opp til forventningene. Er bare veldig frustrerende, brukt tid og penger på møbler som ikke fungerer.

Jeg syntes at de har mange sjove og spændende ting men een ting generer mig voldsomt. Deres forfærdelige klassiske musik, der spilles uafbrudt inde i butikken. Så hellere være fri for musik. Jeg vil nødig være en af jeres unge medarbejdere, der skal høre på det bras i en hel arbejdsdag. Det er lige før det er psykisk tortur og en sag for arbejdsmiljø repræsentanten.

Super nette klantenservice. Er was een probleem met de verzending door DHL: er was geen aflever poging gedaan en het pakketje werd teruggestuurd naar de verzender.

Heb de klantenservice van søstrene grene gemaild en binnen een halve dag had ik antwoord. Ze hebben de bestelling nogmaals verstuurd en daarna is deze zonder problemen afgeleverd.

De kaarsen die ik had besteld, zijn van goede kwaliteit.

Jag älskar söstrene Grene. Deras hemsida är hur fin som helst + att dom har mycket som jag gillar. Dom har så mycket fint , men det viktigaste är deras priser som jag tycker är bra. Tack för att ni finns. 🙏🌸

was in your Wimbledon store last month and wanted to buy a product where I could not see the price. When I took it to the assistant she said ‘there it is’. Tiny print which I could not read.
I consider this to be very poor customer service both on the part of the person pricing and also the assistant who behaved as if I was silly not to have found it.
This is disappointing and , although I think the products are fairly priced , will deter me from shopping there.

I sent this email to customer care last month - no response.
I went to the store yesterday- very poor response.

Jag har gjort många affärer med Söstrene Grene, både i fysisk butik och via webbshop. Jag har alltid varit mycket nöjd med både mina inköp och med företagets service. Varorna är omsorgsfullt inslagna för att inte gå sönder under frakt. Detta till trots saknades en mycket liten detalj på en av varorna vid min senaste order.. Företaget erbjöd genast en generös rabatt, trots att den saknade delen inte har någon som helst betydelse, varken utseende- eller funktionsmässigt.

Rask levering, bra priser, flotte produkter.

Metrocentre branch yesterday bought a lovely vase and asked for a bag to carry it home
No packaging or tissue to wrap vase in to take it home , just plonked in a bag
Emailed the branch to ask why and told there's a packing station near till??
Would have been nice for shop assistant to tell me this instead of her watching me struggle and smirking?
Answer to email ended with " have a wonderful day" ? How patronising!
I'll not return!
UPDATE Look at answer from Sostrene lol "hard to find" NO !! Fact is your member of staff seen me struggle and didn't point me in right direction !!

I bought a beautifully made ceramic soap dish that was sent quickly in recyclable materials and the cost of the item and delivery was outstandingly good value.

For the love of God Søstrene Grene, can you PLEASE hire some people other than Gen Z? I'm sorry, but after like 5 bad visits in a row, I have to rant.

Walking around the shop is always such a pleasant experience, lovely stock, relaxing music and lighting - but, then you get to the till and almost every single time you are met with disinterested lounging/slumped Gen Z staff who proceed to serve you whilst either carrying on their conversation with each other about "new Tattoo's", being passive aggressive or silent altogether (but for telling me I can wrap my own goods, after they have put in ZERO effort to putting through the sale, which is kind of hilarious).

Please expand your scope to also hire older people…it almost seems discriminatory that there is such a large concentration of Gen Z and no older staff and it makes such a difference for customers.

I had never heard of this shop,I walked past and popped in and oh my goodness,how pleasantly surprised I was! What a gem of a shop,all the little nik naks and an amazing little craft corner,where the seed beads were amazing.I spent way too much money but,everything was so reasonably priced.The staff were very friendly and helpful.This shop was in Guildford and although I live 18 miles away,im going back again very soon.

Ordered several items, one cabinet (€60) just didn’t arrive. I tried to contact them via the helpdesk but didn’t get any response…

I had no choice but to put one star in to get this post up.

Never ever, ever, ever order from their website. It’s an absolute nightmare of a process. If they do ship an item to you, once it leaves their side, they wipe their hands of it and leave you with poor customer service, leaving you chasing your item and in the end you have no clue if it even gets to you. My item was ordered on the 16th March and I have no item still.

We did get an email this morning which they stated:

"We have received a response from the carrier stating that the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, after which we will refund you for the order as soon as the parcel has arrived."

So they direct the parcel I order back to them!? They don't discuss with us they found the item and will ensure it gets to us? Wow.

Furthermore we had another post up here and they broke the GDPR act by listing my full name here. Be very careful giving them your details online as they will break laws and share your personal details to other parties.

We have now asked for a formal refund. I look forward to our refund and never ever will order online with them again. What a nightmare.

Produits sympa emballage tout recyclabke

I used to shop from this site and their physical stores ALL the time, but I noticed last year they started advertising a "Free Shipping over 35€" banner on their site. Except after you finish shopping and go to checkout you find out shipping is only free if it's to a pickup point, with very limited options. They're clearly counting on the fact that people won't give up after they've spend a while filling their cart. If you're not offering free home delivery, then you can't advertise a blanket "Free Shipping" claim. This is false advertising, which there are laws against.
I emailed the site to tell them that, and they never bothered responding, so they lost a faithful customer. Everything they sell is easy to find elsewhere, so I won't be missing them.

Edited to reply : I am not talking about the limited promotion you are having this week, I am talking about the permanent Free Shipping banner you display all year long on your website.
