I brought two products off the website. Had to pay for shipping on each item as there were coming out of stock. Received one really quick. The other I asked for and next day got cancelled as they didn’t have stock. I waiting 1.5 weeks for the product - why sell something you ran out of stock of? Not good business practice or response to communications.

Recently placed two different orders with this company. Both times I have been dissatisfied. The first one I recieved the wrong item, I emailed and was told I could pay to return it but they were out of stock of what I wanted. No apology just not bothered attitude.
The second order I placed, I emailed and explained my situation in regards to a very upset neurodiverse child. My email was ignored, I acknowledged that it stated that the colour of the item would be selected at random therefore I bought 3 in the hope of getting at least one in the colour required as they come in 3 colours. I tried to appeal to their kind nature in the hope they could be accommodating due to the circumstances. My email was either read and ignored or just completely ignored.
I then recieved an abrupt, rude response back stating it said colours selecting at random (which I had acknowledged)
This company clearly dont care about their customers and are just in it for the money.
I won't be ordering again.

The best shop I’ve ever seen on live, they are so friendly and helpful about products, I’ve only been a fan for a few days and all ready spent a years wage on the teddies as well as other things 😅😅 but the products and prices are absolutely amazing and the quality of the products are second to none, so if you’re wanting to buy and are not sure, do it you won’t regret it! 🤗

So I found these ladies the start of this year on TT. I was a silent watcher for a while but have bought from them ever since. I love being on their lives, they are normal down to earth people and good to have a laugh with. My items have always been perfect and service incredible. Some of the reviews on here I don’t believe give a true representation of the shop, service or product . These ladies work tirelessly til early hours making sure orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. I have witnessed this on numerous occasions people claiming and not paying for items, leaving false negative reviews for sensory Toys claiming to be popped or broken for the sake of a refund or free product. That is damaging to a small business.

I’m not sure why these 2 ladies & their awful mods are so aggressive & mocking towards the people in their lives! It’s most unwelcoming & they’re extremely judgmental blocking people for asking simple questions & then making nasty remarks in the chat maybe they don’t want males in the chat which is why I’ve always been ignored whilst never being anything but polite to them! They sell lovely bears but the way they treat people certainly would stop me from buying! Other reviews suggest the same experience with this co

Absolutely awful!! The most rudest women who owns it. Constantly puts people down on her lives on TIKTOK. Advertises she sells NEEDOH and then screams at anyone who asks about purchasing some. Kicks everyone off the live that asks a simple question or she is just outright rude in response. The worst service I have ever experienced. Wish I didn’t give her my money prior to witnessing this!! Absolutely horrendous and disgusting way of talking/treating paying customers!

I have been purchasing various teddies and fidgets and lots more from this company over the last 3 years and never had an issue with anything , the service they provide is amazing. Deliveries are always very prompt. The packaging is really good and very secure. Always very happy with everything I have purchased from this family business I would highly recommend them without a doubt

It was October of 24 when I first found this shop. It was a chilly night, pterodactyls cawed softly in the tree’s outside. The only thing that could warm my soul was a cuddly bear friend, which to my delight, the two lovely ladies who run the shop had.

My teddy arrived promptly, and I loved her. But this was a problem. Suddenly one teddy was not enough. So I bought more. All fabulous quality and prompt delivery. Then came the other items; fidgets, bags but most importantly pelicans.

The pelicans took over my life. Sometimes I questioned if I myself was a pelican. All my friends looked suspiciously pelican shaped. I researched pelicans for hours. It is all consuming.

I’ve given up breaking free of my addiction and accepted it. The products are just so good and the service fantastic.

I will give one warning about this shop though. If you are devoid of personality or just happen to be an absolute spanner, it’s unlikely to be for you.

Lily and Chrisi are both amazing! They work really hard and show so much love care and passion in their small business they will go the extra mile for their customers to ensure they are happy with the products and they get the experience they want they will even order new products in if you ask them nothing is to much.
I found sorealistic September last year and have been a returning customer since. They have lots of lovely things from Loungefly to teddy tales sensory items all great quality fast delivery and packed with care. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my Loungefly . I 100% recommend them looking forward for my next order. X

This small business is amazing. I have been a customer for over 2yrs, placing many an order. In all those orders I've only ever had 2 issues & they were quick to resolve it & reassure me. They will always do there best to help you if you give them the chance to.
They go above & beyond for there customers. They have a positive community & lives on tiktok. They open mystery blind boxes on those lives to try & get the ones you need to complete your collection. They only sell legitimate items that have been tested & are safe. The teddy tales are absolutely stunning bears great quality & the clothes are adorable. The loungefly are out of this world from pins and bag charms to backpacks. They have sensory items to hyojos & more.
They're constantly searching for new products to bring to there customers. Honestly amazing ladies who are genuine, real, always providing hilarious moments, fun entertaining lives & great quality items.

This is a small family run business. The service I have received from them has always been next to none. The community they have built is a testament in itself. They are genuine, generous and caring. I would highly recommend this company if you would like to buy plush, blind boxes, collectables, sensory items, fidget toys and more, like loungefly.
My orders always arrive packed with great attention to detail and delivery was fast and efficient.

What a wonderful company I went on there live as I had questions about what I wanted to order they were very helpful and when I was ghosted by tictok there mods helped me out . My order was paced on the live and was picked up by delivery company the next day . I had my order within 24 hr what a great small company and so helpful . They are even looking to find me something my autistic grandson wanted

It’s shocking to see so many false reviews on this page. So realistic have always been incredibly helpful and gone out of their way to help customers like myself, so I’m not surprised that competitors feel the need to leave negative reviews.

If you’re looking for a funny, safe and sarcastic way to shop your favourite bears, loungefly and sensory items then this is the shop. Every time I purchase from this shop, Lily and Chrisi give so much attention to detail. Orders are packed on their TikTok live every night and every customer gets their time to discuss their order preferences. The community have a laugh on the way and everyone supports each other.

The shop are super communicative with their replies, although understandably are unable to answer customer queries on the live, and deals with any questions quickly and promptly. There has been a number of occasions where Lily has ordered in particular items that I have been hunting for and with incredible prices.

Thanks ladies for getting the hottest product for us all and for continually working hard to keep us entertained. Thank you for allowing me the chance to finish all my pin collections by live openings and trades, my pin board thanks you for it!

Chrissi and Lilly (Owners) are absolutely lovely, they go over and above showing orders packed on live, should you have any queries they are happy to answer/show during lives. Chrissi and Lilly work tirelessly to create a welcoming atmosphere, a shop that meets the needs of everyone and quickly changing retail trends.
