Great Customer Service! I had some difficulty at check out. I contacted support and they fixed it right away. I love Picture Echo. It does a great job finding duplicates. I would buy from them again.

Bought a duplicate file product on Tuesday and its still in Trial mode and im not able to delete files.

Had a problem with the key. Customer service was good and solved the problem quickly. Program works as advertised after a small learning curve.

20 years away from using computers and I had let the wife do it all and then got back into them. Between the new computers and phones etc... all of our files where a mess with 6 or more of many files. Got their clone software to get it under control. Worked great. Then I see they added a free file renamer that I didn't know i even needed nor how much help it would prove to be. Finally, and the best, was that my old and stupid ass just assumed on an aspect of the purchase, and I had assumed wrong. They had done a follow up on my satisfaction with the product and i responded that I was disappointed that my situation wasn't as good as i had expected. They informed me that my purchase was the more limited buy and not the elite expectation that I had set for so little. And they were right. But instead of telling me to suck it up as so many companies do these days.....I'll be damned if they didn't just GIVE me the extra. I won't tell the details because I wouldn't want others intentionally taking advantage of their properness. But I sent them the accolades they deserved and told them i would say the best about them, and this is how us old stoic types say GOOD JOB FROM GOOD FOLK! THANK YOU!

I have used Easy File Renamer for several years. It is a superb programme: Immensely useful and now invaluable for organising images that get sent to me with random names!
It is absolutely stable and very easy to use.
Highly recommended and good value.
However, my greatest accolade is for their Customer Service - they have been amazing (thank you).
