Hello all, About 3 months ago I was looking for a program to identify and remove duplicate files on my desk top's hard drive, and chose SORCIM's Clone Files Checker software. It seemed to work great at first in identifying and moving my duplicate files, and I gave them a positive review. However, when I tried to access the original and duplicate files the program identified, I got an error message that the files could not be opend or accessed due to them being corrupted. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to SORCIM for support, getting one response asking for more information. I provided the information, and have made multiple additional attempts to get this addressed, with no response at all from the company. It's been over a month and no response to assist me, leaving without access to any of the files affected by the program. I just as well might have deleted the files, as these important files are now useless. So, I strongly do NOT recommend this product if you have valauble or important files that you may need in the future.

Lifetime subscription. Sorcim really shows they care about their customers, and their products do what they promise. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable software backed by a team that stands behind it.

I've used several duplicate image finders over the years. Picture Echo is up with the best of them, but what stood out for me was the facility to find copies of one specific image. I've been looking for that for a very long time

I purchased this product because I had TONS of duplicate pictures on my computer. I spend hours and hours deleting ones that were marked as such, but I knew there were a whole lot more. I had some problems with the license key, but when I asked about that, I got an email back offering to help me. We set up an appointment, and the person spent probably an hour or more with me going through all of my files (remotely) and deleting duplicates. I can now stop paying for extra storage every month because I had something like 5000 duplicate pictures between what I deleted and what they did. I would definitely suggest this service, as well as the customer service if needed.

I download this to clean up my pictures, but could not get it to work. So, i contacted tech support and they did an excellent job walking me the process. I would highly recommend them.

These are people you can trust to go out of their way, to make sure that everything is working properly, even after several years of buying a lifetime product. I was slow to respond giving many other priorities, but they actually stayed ahead of me, making sure things were handled including any personal time if needed on their behalf. I had trouble using the software at first (clone files checker), but their customer service was very responsive. I don't know what they did, but it stopped crashing by the second day I tried to use it and I haven't had a problem since. As for the software, it does what it says it does, though if you have huge amounts of photos to go through, like I do, it'll take a long time. I've already been able to delete about half a terabyte of data, so I won't have to increase my storage capacity. Worth the money just for that.

I am in COMPUTER KINDERGARTEN 1 and not tech savvy-- The person who helped me was patient and explained what needed to be done.

Due to hard drive issues, needed to reinstall app. Then could not find registration information and key. They wrote back same day and said they were working on it and would revert soonest. Five days later I had what I needed to activate the software.
