I have been playing Sorare MLB for two years now. Customer service here is REALLY frustrating. You contact them and it is always two days later before they reply.

At the conclusion of this MLB season (2024), I experienced issues with their website and app. It would not let me access all my purchased player cards and therefore I couldn't assemble a roster. I emailed support PRIOR to the cutoff for roster submission. I explained the situation, and knowing they wouldn't get back to me for two days, I submitted my lineup to them (with screenshots of the error) for the Rare game series. I received a response, yes two days later, saying "our tech team has now fixed this". No feedback on adding my submitted team to my game week roster. The next game week (the week of the World Series) it happened AGAIN. This time the glitch occurred in another games type (Rare and Limited). I again reported this to customer service and submitted my requested lineup (with screenshots and well before roster cutoff). I received a response that totally contradicted my email (Me: website/app not working; Reply: glad the game is working for you). The end-of-season game weeks and cumulative post-season game is where they (supposedly) payout the big winnings yet submitting a lineup is an issue. Every back-and-forth email I mentioned my rosters I submitted and it was ALWAYS ignored. When I finally pointed out the fact that they keep ignoring that part of my request I received (after five or six emails) a "nothing we can do" about this answer. I have invested eleven thousand dollars into this game and received a big middle finger in response. I will not invest another penny into them and you should think long and hard before investing your first.

In case anyone is wondering, I deleted and reinstalled the app (iPhone) AND used two different laptops (both Windows based) with three different browser types (Chrome, Edge, and Brave) to attempt to submit my lineup so the error was not on this end. It was on theirs.

Les dernières modifications ont fait perdre beaucoup d argent si ce n est ruine beaucoup de manager et fait gagner de l' argent a sorare uniquement. Toutes les anciennes cartes ont perdu jusqu a 150 fois leur valeur de 300 a 2 euros . Et sont même invendables. Sorare lance maintenant des cartes inseason chaque année pour mieux arnaquer les joueurs encore et encore.Les récompenses elles diminue de plus en plus.
Voici le constat après trois ans de jeux.

Have stolen my money...

I deposited funds to Sorare last month and started playing their game. They didn't clear a payment for several days and did not respond to my emails regarding this. I cancelled the payment and they responded by locking my account and refusing to resolve the situation despite my efforts.

I did not withdraw any money from Sorare and never attempted to engage in any behaviour that should get me banned. I have made repeated efforts to communicate with their incompetent support team who do not respond for days and then don't even actually give you a proper response when they do.

I have no idea what other avenues I have to get access to my account anymore - this company has simply stolen my money and is now opting not to let me back into my account.

At best it's incompetence, at worst it is fraud.

No way to make any slightest fair trade. There is 8 euros withdrawl fees when you take cash each time. If you want to have fun and play, go for it, but do NOT expect to ever see your money back using your scouting skills. It is made in a way that this is impossible. (I took players at lower price and sold them for higher, like Grealish or Bynoe Gittens, but with a 8 withdrawl euros fee, good luck making profit). I will stop play and use any money as I do not like to give my money away. :) The thing is that their “auction” system is made in a way that tricks you into believing there is a huge market, however those offers are only “doped” by the 50% bonus people get when joining. Futhermore, on the secondary market, you are competing with “bots”, which are made to make micro profits here and there and offer you only ridiculous amounts. You can sell your cards for a resonnable price if players are top rated and perform well, but otherwise you can forget seeing your money back. On a last note, your days with current valuations are counted, and price will drop even more next September when the new season will come in. Like I said, want to have fun and spend money? Go for it. Expect to make a little profit or see your money back? Get to work for SoRare and ask for shares… :)

Jeux assez intéressant mais les cartes classiques de 2021 2022 ne valent plus rien avec leur nouvelle carte de la nouvelle saison.
Ma galerie valait 300 € en 2022 elle en vaut seulement 80 € aujourdhuie.
je suis sur qu'ils feront des nouvelles cartes pour 2025 2026 et que les cartes de cette année perdront 80 pourcents de leur valeur.

Mi hanno bannato senza motivo e non rispondono alle mie mail. Una galleria pagata centinaia di euro inutilizzabile senza motivo

Lo rápido que se soluciona los problemas

Jamais vu un jeu aussi bourré de bugs. J'imagine même pas les teams de programmeurs tellement c'est une catastrophe. Je comprends pas comment une entreprise francaise peut être aussi incompétente. Une honte. Passez votre chemin, ce jeu n'apporte que de la déception.

Great customer service, friendly and quick response and fixed my issue straight away without the ‘ooo try this’. Love the game, best fantasy football game out there

Fast and usefull problem solver customer support team. There are bugs specially in the app but the team is helping as they hear about the customers.

Bit the bullet and bought a card on this. It disappeared 2 days later and I since found it being auctioned by another user. They also do not respond to any attempts to contact them so best not to put yourself in a position to need to. Fine game to play as a free user only but don't give them any money.

Ho un problema in quanto sono stato sospeso ingiustamente. Cambiando il format delle competizioni, minor partite a disposizione equivale ad una perdita assicurata.
Sono sospeso da 11 giorni ormai e contatto quotidianamente invano l’assistenza da altrettanto tempo.
Customer service vergognoso.

Really good way to collect cards if you’re an absolute muppet!

No problems at all. The people were helpful no matter the issue. I came to make sure my rewards were given to me as I had won them in the european championship event, and after being in contact with the Sorare support page, everything was solved. The one thing I would not mind improved would be a little more communication whenever some rewards are delayed. The only reason as to why I knew it would take so long, was because I already was in contact with some other people in the community which already had gotten this piece of information. Making this information public, or somehow more accessible would be a big help. I don't mind waiting around for rewards, as long as I know they are coming. Besides this, the people were absolutely wonderful. This might be a bigger problem for Sorare themselves and not the service.

Sono partito nel 2021 facendo una rosa mediocre ma comunque abbastanza costosa, considerando però la facilità con cui si poteva arrivare al montepremi settimanale, il rischio di perdere soldi era accettabile. Man mano che passavano i mesi, le regole per arrivare a vincere dei premi erano sempre più complicate e al comtempo le carte acquistate in precedenza continuavano a svalutarsi. Fino ad arrivare al 2024, dove per partecipare alle competizioni più allettanti bisogna spendere una follia.
Se questo non è uno schema ponzi a tutti gli effetti, poco ci manca.

Acheté pour 3000 euros de cartes1an plus tard elle ne valent plus que 400 euros.
Le jeux rivals une arnaque totale.
A fuir.

I was helped very well and they did exactly what I needed! Without them I would be €65,- poorer.
