Sophieclub Recenzje

Lovely products, amazing price and excellent costumer care. The bags I bought was just like in the picture, the delivery time was less than promised and the costumer care team was amazing. I had a little issue with not receiving my order confirmation email so I called them, they answered quickly and were very quick and friendly to resolve my issue, will definitely buy again from them

I have always had a fantastic shopping experience with you, goods arrive in immaculate condition and well within the time frame, I'm looking forward to a continuous happy shopping experience

Purchased a bag in March 2019 and they’ve been taking £19.95 each month since - I had no idea I was signing up to this when I purchased it! I thought it was only a few pounds for the bag! It’s cost me a lot more than that! I would never have paid this much for the bag! Be careful with this website. I called up and the customer service person was rude and unhelpful - I’m now massively out of pocket and with no way of doing anything about this. It’s shocking

Absolutely gorgeous pieces of jewellery at affordable prices I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I ordered a watch and bag from the Sophia club and couldn't be happier with the speedy delivery and cummunacation through phone and emails.. the bag was more than I expected and the watch is dazzling beautiful piece ... I will also be ordering again in the near future .. amazing pieces for men and women thankyou Sophia ...

Very impressed with customer satisfaction and carefully picked up customer issue from supervisor if you are not satisfied with customer representive service. Please remember to unsubscrip membership if you do not wish to continue. You will not get any reminder about subscription, after 10 days automatically you will be part of subscription and you will not receive any notification. This is very genuine company. Products are cheaper compare to other UK companies.

Very impressed with customer service. Answered emails almost immediately and even resent email when lost It! Although my first email was slightly scathing of company, their reply was nothing but professional and polite!

First class service had to cancel and it was no problem

I liked the quality, design and your delivery services was fast.

I saw the advert for the set of 4 bags for less than 2 pounds on Instagram. Honestly didn't trust it because it nearly sounded too good to be true. But I tried my luck. Oh my gosh if I was surprised!! The bags arrived and they are amazing. A full set that I can use in more than one ways and different occasions. Super happy about it

Amazing purse.. and the price.. im shook!!! Definately buying again :)

Very smooth and easy transaction. Item came very quick just as described. Cancelling my subscription was so easy too. Was a great shopping experience and happy with my item.

My experience with sophieclub was brilliant. The purchase was brilliant buy and got loads of compliments to my wife and was easily noticeable. She loved each and every bit of it.

This is fake site. Purchased 4pc bag no order confirmation mail and delivery after 10days. Emailed to customer support and reply.
Also noticed few more sites which have same website layout with same address and postcode. Now I feel bit doubtful about the genuineness of other positive comments in hereTrustpilot site

My experience with Sophie club was fab. Very nice items at unbelievable price and always get compliments whenever I use them.

Nice products with cheap price, arrived on time as announced.
Thanks

Can't believe there's a store like this with quality items at a very reasonable and cheap price. I didn't regret shopping here and so you won't if you give it a try.

A nice shopping experience, having received a good selection of jewellery that I was happy with and for a great bargain. I am satisfied with their products despite one or two pieces being a bit dirty. Overall, I'm still content with my lovely purchase from Sophieclub.

Great customer service ,and the products I recived where exactly like the pictures advertised
