Purchased a pair of the Chiara Sandals in the sale for my daughter's wedding day. She loves them and they're a perfect fit. They were delivered sooner than the given date (always a bonus) so that's one happy bride and we'll definitely use the company again.

I’ve had the best experience with Sophia Webster, they have amazing customer service and help with any problems or any questions you may have I had a person called Kajal assist me when my delivery was messing up which wasn’t Sophia Webster fault but they still helped and when I had a slight issue with my heels. The heels looked amazing on me and was very comfortable and I would definitely purchase again an overall fantastic experience.

Amazing shoes however they when they say when shipping to Australia taxes and fees are included they are not. I was charged another $20 plus on top after wards. I asked and they said it was 'VAT'. Which is tax, and said they add that on on top. The returns and delivery service was very good.

I can’t praise Sophia Webster enough not only are the shoes gorgeous and so well made they also have customer services employees that go above and beyond. I was let down by another company for my custom wedding shoe on Saturday wedding is Thursday!! Louise and Taylor moved heaven and earth to get the shoes I ordered delivered to me first thing Tuesday morning. The kept me informed throughout the process and have made my year.

After contacting Sophia Webster customer service via email, I was put in touch with Louise, who was amazing. Immediately took my request for the broken shoe soles seriously and offered a complimentary replacement. I just received them a few days ago and am very happy. Thank you Louise!

Replaced my shoe straps that were mislaid . Excellent service , nothing was too much trouble . Received the exact match and without them could never have worn the shoes again. Kajal was really helpful. Delivered within the promised timescale .

After having an issue with my first and precious pair for butterfly flats, I contacted them - not hopeful at the beginning, since they have been gifted to me last Christmas and I was wearing them for the first time 10 months later. They were quick to reply (less than 24 hrs) and offered to send a new pair right a way. 2 days later the new pair arrived to my home. Shout out to Kajal for being amazing and understanding.

The customer support went far and beyond my expectations. I discovered a hole in sneakers I purchased 5 months ago, and they gladly sent me a new pair! Moreover, they allowed me to choose the model as the one I bought earlier was no longer in production. Highly appreciated!
I bought 4 different pairs from SW for the last six years, and I will definitely buy more. The price is quite high but I believe it worth it. Apart from many compliments I received, I managed to wear my first pair of butterfly sneakers for 5 years, and sandals are still great after 3 summer seasons.

Taylor was really very helpful and resolved issue with the wrong delivery address I inputted at checkout.
Been shopping at SW now for over a year since they commenced their extended size range ,for my big feet, 44/45. Great quality shoes, amazing customer service.

The first pair of Sophia Webster shoes I bought had a manufacturing defect. I am pleased to say that the level of Customer Service I received, upon taking up the issue with customer services was outstanding. Regardless of the fact that I bought the shoes in a high end store in Switzerland, the problem was fixed directly by customer services at Sophie Webster and I would definitely buy more shoes from them on this basis.

I have never in my life, experienced better customer service than that I have received at Sophia Webster. The attentiveness, response time and detail, alongside their genuine care to resolve any and every issue is absolutely second to none. In the incredibly seldom event something does go wrong with their otherwise, characteristically flawless product- the dedicated customer service team swoop in with immediacy and thoroughness.

Received the Cleo Fortune Clutch & Lucita Espadrille wedges as birthday presents. The wedges snapped, causing me to fall over and bruise my leg on the first wear. The Clutch lost stones the first time I used it. Communication with sending the bag back was poor and was only offered a repair at first. A repair on a £350 bag is awful. £675 was spent and both items had to be sent back, disappointing especially at your 30th birthday party.

I own several pairs of Sophia Webster shoes, they are quite possibly my favourite brand! I’ve never had a problem with the quality until recently when I was putting on a pair of sandals and the strap broke. I contacted Sophia Webster customer services, not expecting much, as I’d had the shoes for 9 months, although I’d only worn them a handful of times. The service was outstanding, Louise arranged for the shoes to be collected and looked at. Within a couple of days I got a response to say the shoes were unrepairable and offered me a new pair of shoes or a full refund. The shoes I had were no longer stocked so I was offered a newer more expensive pair. I am looking forward to my delivery tomorrow! Thank you so much, I’m over the moon!

I own two pairs of Sophia Webster shoes, one with crystal heels and one with pearl heels, and I absolutely love both of them! Sadly, I noticed several crystals missing from each heel of the one pair. I sent an email to the address given on the website asking for replacement crystals so I could take them, along with the shoes of course, to a shoemaker near me. Needless to say, I was stunned when, about 12 hours later, Kajal sent an email saying she would immediately arrange for DHL to pick up my shoes, repair them in the London studio, and return them right away. My shoes were back within 6 days, and they looked as perfect as the day I purchased them. Kajal went above and beyond; I was thrilled with the customer service. These days, it is so rare to be given such personal attention and be treated with such kindness and respect. I look forward to my next pair of Sophia Websters!

Sophia Webster’s customer care team are second to none. I recently wrote to them to ask if they could replace the soles of my beloved butterfly flats which had cracked h expectedly. Unfortunately, they were not able to offer this service but replaced the shoes with a new pair, no questions asked. Most unexpected, and so kind! Love these shoes. Will be so happy to keep wearing them in this beautiful sunny weather!!!
