Poor quality for an expensive product

After only a few wears the stitching on the hem of one leg has completely come undone. Theres also lots of loose threads around other areas of the pants. The quality is something you’d expect from a Kmart purchase which is reallly disappointing seeing as the pants I purchase were $120.

I emailed Soon twice to see if we could resolve the issue but I never even got a reply.

Very nice jeans but they did not fit well around the waist despite me following their guidelines. I contacted the company as when I purchased it was through an advert and I am based in the UK the cost to exchange is £25 due to shipping - unfortunately they were non responsive. I was disappointed that an Australian business was advertising to somebody in the UK as it’s very expensive to work with them and I did not know until after I purchased the jeans. Don’t think it’s great customer service to be ignoring your paying customers.

I had the best in-store customer experience. Unsure about sizes and styles due to my growing bump, I received amazing assistance from Jenni. Thanks to her help, I walked out with a couple of pairs of pants that I’m already living in!

Ordered the Soho Straight Pants and the Bamboo feeding top for work, noticed they had just released a belly oil , so I thought I’d give that a go too.
Shipping was super fast (and free) , received my package within 3 days. I was really impressed with the fabric and cut of the pants and the top has a really lovely feel to it, perfect work outfit.
The big suprise was the Belly Oil. It is so beautiful, feels really luxurious. Absorbs into my skin so quickly and the smell is AMAZING!
Will definitely be shopping at Soon Maternity again soon!

I used the Click & Collect service, and I picked up my order within a couple of hours! Super fast 👍👍👍 I had been struggling to find maternity pants, but their pants were so comfortable and supported the belly well. GAME CHANGER!! So, I bought another pair of jeans online the week after. The online order was also super fast, with free shipping 😍 I’m really satisfied with Soon!

A seamless online shopping experience! I had a couple of questions and the team were extremely helpful and quick to respond. My package arrived quickly and I absolutely love the items I purchased, especially the active leggings which are so comfy on my bump. Will be back to purchase more.

Poor customer service and poorly made products in China. Bought the most uncomfortable maternity jeans, and returning is a hassle. You would be out of pocket if you bought from this brand.

The trousers where very very tight and small and I sized up had to send back

My parcel was sent from Sydney to Canberra via Perth. It took 8 days to reach me and didn’t arrive in time for the wedding I purchased it for. Sent it back without evening opening it. Not recommended in you’re in a hurry!

Unfortunately after only owning these for 2 weeks/3 wears and their first wash (as per care instructions) my sage active leggings lost their elasticity & constantly have to be pulled up + the material went bally/covered in lint which looks and feels cheap and ugly. So disappointed considering the price I paid thinking I was getting good quality.

I ordered a linen jumpsuit that looked gorgeous on the website. Unfortunately, even though I bought the size appropriate for me, it was far too long in the body and oddly made that it fitted nothing like the pics online. Their model must be exceptionally tall, or they pinned it in to fit in the photos.
Thankfully, returning was easy, but at my expense so I'm now out of pocket.
I won't purchase with them again.
Possibly they could add a feature for ppl to upload real photos of them wearing the item, so we can get a picture of the item on real people that isnt posed.

My order was a bit late so I called the office and the girls there were very helpful. They sent me my tracking number and I received my order within 2 days. I purchased Leo Cap sleeve dress and I absolutely love it. It’s very flattering. Great for work and going out.

Two plus weeks on and I’m still waiting for my order...

You might like to consider reviewing when you send your ratings and review emails as I’ve paid for something I’m yet to receive.

Sent the wrong item, took 2 weeks to arrive, waiting on exchange now. But with maternity wear time is obviously of the essence. So quite annoying.

I purchased the Sage 3/4 overbelly active pants which arrived quickly. However they always slid down my bump meaning I had to yank them up every 30 seconds. At first I thought my bump was too small, but even at 9 months the overbelly part kept sliding down before the rest of the pants slid down. It is highly embarrassing when going out for a walk which was the main reason for buying these pants. Post-birth, I tried wearing them again and the same sliding down problem occurs. Would not recommend.

I bought two dresses from Soon Maternity; one of which I haven’t yet worn as the straps are too long and I’ll need to take them up. Edit: The other dress had some marks on them and the company kindly reached out to me and offered a refund. I appreciate good customer service, especially when purchasing online.

Leggings were awesome but jeans a little loose around the waist. When I bend the jeans just comes down. Other then that quality is good.

A beautiful store with a great collection of clothing for all stages of pregnancy. The quality is impressive for the price, each piece washes and wears really well. The staff are so kind, helpful and honest.

Super fast delivery. Really nice shorts and comfy to wear.
They are a little on the big side and I wish I just bought my pre pregnancy size however they are great for summer!

I got the Lily jumpsuit and was extremely disappointed with the poor quality and design of the item. Giving 2 stars because it was good shipping and sales, but for the clothes would be 0 stars.
