I purchased a subscription and canceled same day after two music video attempts. It will ignore 90% of instructions, the visuals are of a sorry quality that nowhere meet the level they advertise, at least not up to the 29.99 per month level. I made two videos with two songs I created, and it created the same character twice, both male, even though the second song was a female. The bad lip sync and the fact it threw in a male character lip syncing female vocals is ridiculous. I have created videos in Grok Imagine that exceeded Sondo.ai quality by a mile, with 1000 times more control and no ridiculously expensive credit system. 2 videos for essentially 29.99. 10 credits just to start and then an average of 1500. You only get 3800 at the middle rate. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE, you will very likely regret it. Just get SuperGrok and Adobe. You will spend less money and get significantly more use out of it.

what a scam it is, no try with a watermark to see what it can create before paying, a simple song i made but no preview but needed almost 2000 points!
Dont fall for it

Crap...One free generation it says, the site creates your video but never let you see the result unless you pay. Most expensive plan, lets you create approx 4 videos / year...

Worst AI app I have ever come across

Credit being uncredited but it charged me 4 time. Unresponsive support team.

Paid for a full year upfront, then discovered it will only get me three crap music videos — useless when I’d already made my songs in Suno and just needed video.

Both videos I generated ignored my prompts, lyrics, and even the app’s own storyline. One of my songs is clearly about a gay relationship, yet the AI showed the man with a wife, kissing and cuddling — completely reversing the meaning.

Quality was just as bad: one scene had a driver with the dashboard behind him and the wheel in front. Another was meant to be him singing with a choir on stage and life flashbacks — instead it opened on a random preacher, briefly showed the right singer, then jumped to flashback, then back to him standing in the audience ground level singing, another flashback and then an unrelated woman singing centre stage. No consistency, no narrative, no respect for the input.

This is scam.

Betrug! Ich habe ein wöchentliches Abo abgeschlossen. Da die Ergebnisse der Videogenerierung extrem schlecht waren, wollte ich das Abo wieder kündigen, dazu gibt es aber keine Funktion auf der Website. Deshalb habe ich mein Konto gelöscht, aber die Abbuchungen finden weiterhin statt. Der Support reagiert auch nach 3 Wochen nicht auf mehrere Emails.

I tried many times to get them to finish completing the subscription page and they did nothing. What they did is triple my credit to finish my second video. Obviously I saw what they were doing and I stopped. Nevertheless I paid 42.50 us twice. There is no way to get access to your monetary account. They do not send you a receipt for all the payment made.

Not even 1 star. A scam. I lost $60 usd and the video it produced was complete rubbish. It completely ignored every prompt instruction I had given. It produced a video which I can not use.,..and there was no option to have any other input. Customer service have ignored me. The credits for 1 year is only enough to produce 2-3 videos and the quality is so bad. DONT use them

Do not use...set up an account..uploaded my song an image said creating video then crashed..now I cant log back in how do I contact them I have paid for a yearly subscription it took the credits to create the video but I have nothing to show for it..total rubbish

It's not even worth a star it's a Scam scam scam scam.Sondo is just a scam not worth it. It gives you 10 credits to make the Ai then it charges 800 per week for coins then I asks you for nearly 2000 coins to make the Ai.. stay well away from this scam app. Honestly this app should be reported

Quero deixar uma avaliação honesta sobre minha experiência utilizando o Sondo AI para geração de vídeos musicais.

A proposta da plataforma é excelente. O marketing é muito bem feito, a interface é bonita e a ideia de transformar músicas em vídeos cinematográficos com IA realmente chama atenção.

Porém, na prática, minha experiência foi frustrante.

O principal problema é o sistema de créditos. Não fica claro no início que a assinatura e os créditos de geração são coisas separadas. Assinei acreditando que poderia gerar vídeos normalmente, mas depois descobri que praticamente tudo consome créditos extras rapidamente.

Outro ponto decepcionante foi a diferença entre a expectativa criada pela propaganda e o resultado final entregue.

Mesmo utilizando:

* prompts detalhados
* músicas personalizadas
* imagens de referência
* conceitos cinematográficos

…os vídeos gerados ficaram muito genéricos, repetitivos e com aparência artificial de “vídeo de IA”, longe da sensação premium mostrada nas campanhas da plataforma.

Além disso:

* vídeos muito curtos consumem muitos créditos
* alguns resultados ignoram partes importantes do prompt
* a sincronização musical nem sempre funciona corretamente
* em alguns testes, a música tinha mais de 10 segundos e o vídeo gerado utilizava apenas poucos segundos

Na minha opinião, hoje a ferramenta funciona melhor como:

* gerador de ideias rápidas
* takes visuais curtos
* inspiração para edição

Mas ainda está distante de substituir uma edição humana bem feita para criação de vídeos realmente profissionais e emocionais.

A ideia do projeto é excelente e tem muito potencial, mas acredito que a plataforma ainda precisa amadurecer bastante para entregar o que promete no marketing.

You sell a weekly subscription that doesn't generate a single video. Dishonest. I will complain and post about this on every platform possible, including the one in my country. Fraud.

Okay.. but lots of room for improvement.
Things that need improving.
- Very little editing control, before creating video.
- Video quality fair.
- Pricing structure expensive (imo).
- Annual subscription, does not have monthly refresh. IE annual subscription should be heavily discounted with monthly refresh.
*Summary* Overall a great idea, with potential, but needs more development thrown into the project, and a better pricing structure.

I tried Sondo, you get 10 tokens to start you off then find that pretty much only gets you started. You then pay for what you feel will be the video or at least part of it only to find out you have to keep paying before you get to see anything. Now I am getting billed for a subscription I never wanted and are not getting any tokens or anything. Never once got an email from them about anything to do with an account and so far, no reply from customer support.

After sending several emails trying to stop them from charging me for a subscription I do not have and getting no replies I got charged again. I have now had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. Was told by my bank it is the only way I can stop them from charging my account.
I now have to go through and change my credit card details everywhere, what a hastle.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.
I Believe it is a deliberate scam.
The video you get if you do pay to get the finished product is unusable, not one part of it was of good enough quality to be used.
If you have fallen for their trap make sure you unsubscribe before deleting your account, as I think that is what happened to me.
I deleted my account and ended getting stuck with a subscription and not being able to unsubscribe.
And these guys don't answer their emails.

Scam, be aware!

once you create your video you are unable to edit change wording and the image keeps changing. i dont think ill keep the subscription
