Wow! Came to the shop and was welcomed by a man called George and a Friendly companion called Saber! They helped me and answered anything I had to ask. Left with a smile on my face and a Powerchair that’ll hopefully last a life time! Second one and counting! +5 recommend

After searching the whole of internet, I visited this company with no idea of what I needed, I just knew I needed a power chair of some kind to make my life easier. The showroom staff took the time to listen to my needs and advised a Salsa M2 Mini. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t rush me, I couldn’t happier with my purchase, it’s changed my life! .Thank you to the guys and girls at Solutions Mobility! Amazing service!

I recently purchase a Rascal P327XL Power Wheelchair from Solutions Mobility and I can’t fault the customer service, it was excellent. I would give them % 100.

Sue and Steve are so lovely and very helpful because I couldn’t remember the measure of my door frames, so they brought out 4 Power Wheelchairs to Lincoln to me try out around my house. The man, Jeoff who bought the chairs, he was so lovely and very helpful to me because he sorted my new chair for my needs and he couldn’t do more enough to help.

I will be buying off them again.

There is one word in our English language which defines Solutions Mobility - CARE. They care about people: how some some of us struggle with life; how costly it can be obtaining help with those struggles; and the need to know that if something goes wrong with that help, there’s someone we can call on. Put simply, they care about their customers. I recently had a problem with a pre-loved electric wheelchair I’d bought from them. A phone call with Karla gave me an assurance that the problem would be sorted so that I was up and running again as quickly as possible. And it was, just 3 days later. We found you on the internet whilst trying to find anywhere still giving demonstrations on Powerchairs (due to COVID-19 still being an issue) who were close by. Dad rang up and the lady he spoke couldn’t have been any more helpful.

The day we came to your shop we were met by George, he talked us through/showed us around the Pride Jazzy Air 2 and the Quantum Edge Q6 iLevel.

His product knowledge on both powerchairs was outstanding. He then carried out a physical demo and answered all of our questions for both chairs.

Although the whole time George was very professional and polite, he was also Friendly, easy to talk to and approachable - I suffer from Anxiety, George made me feel at ease almost straight away. As you can imagine this for me is a thumbs up straight away.

We paid for the Quantum Q6 there and then, we didn’t need to think about it - plus as I said George told us everything we needed to know.

Once the transaction was complete George then explained what would happen next. My Dad had to nip to the bank first, & Mum and I waited at the shop (as I had my ESA Dog with me too) - George even offered us drinks whilst we waited which was a nice touch.

We also met Carla who came to do the paperwork side with us - again absolutely lovely lady. Although she stayed professional and polite - just like George, Carla was also Friendly and easy to talk too.

We have to say George is an absolute asset to your company, from the way he holds himself/comes across, his Customer Service Skills & the knowledge he holds is incredible - it wasn’t a surprise to find out that this is a family Company, (he is part of that family) and obviously very proud of their Company too.

As for the Powerchair - I managed to get the exact chair I wanted/needed for around a Quarter of the RRP. Nothing at all wrong with it - still has the stickers on the screens and only a couple of miles done too! And the best part - feels like I am sitting on air!!

I can honestly say this company have been incredible in all ways from the first time we talked on the phone pre purchase to almost a year later. My power wheelchair has just returned home after solutions did some adaptions on it for me. I am over the moon with it and cannot recommend them any higher. All staff are friendly, approachable, caring, helpful and kind. They work so hard to give the best service and sell only top quality products. They sell, repair and adapt at a very reasonable price and no question/request seems an issue for them. I can truthfully say that I will never go elsewhere now for my electric wheelchairs, regardless of where in the country I go. It is so nice to use a company that I have trust and faith in.

Unhelpful and rude. Clearly not genuinely interested in helping. Decided to go elsewhere due to how we were dealt with.

Initially, they seemed good and I was very pleased. But then issues started occurring. I have had two chairs from solutions mobility, and both have had serious battery problems. The batteries on both chairs failed within months of getting them. I have had my current chair for five years and have had four sets of new batteries, despite following the manufacturers guide on charging my chair very closely. The same has happened to a friend of mine who bought a wheelchair from them.

My suspicion is that they are increasing the speed of the wheelchairs which is eating up the battering and making them fail, but I have no way to prove this as they've been very unwilling to investigate whats actually going on.

Be very careful - I'd recommend staying away from this company.

We purchased a electric wheelchair for our dad because he had massive problems even getting out of a regular wheelchair. He needed one that also stood him up like a rise and recline chair. The first one we got was a little too wide and dad was bashing the doors and we spoke to this company and they very kindly swapped it for a narrower chair. They have been wonderful from start to finish. My dad was able to remain at home independently for the last year of his life due to the Mini Salsa Chair I recommend it and this company 100%. They even gave us a very fair price as recently our dad passed away. Thankyou for your service

My mobility has been getting steadily worse over time so I recently researched for my first power wheelchair which brought me to solutions mobility for a quality used ‘quicky salsa’ from this company. I knew what I wanted and was amazed at the price I was able to buy this chair for, complete with user instructions and a demo of how to use the chair. This is a company that offers you a complete and knowledge based service that is second to none, it’s always service with a smile and the small issue I had was swiftly dealt with and my chair is nothing short of life changing. Solutions Mobility are a godsend to anyone looking to buy a wheelchair or scooter.

I have been a quadriplegic for 45 years so know my stuff when it comes to wheelchairs and what I require them to do. I use my tongue to control my wheelchair so had some specific requests which the team dealt with in a quick and professional manner.

I was looking to buy a new outdoor electric wheelchair recently and was quoted £18,000 by my local wheelchair dealer. I was looking for a wheelchair with good suspension, a range over 15 miles, a seat tilt, a seat riser and a control system with Bluetooth capabilities.

I managed to get a chair with all this from Solutions Mobility for £3365 including delivery!

Yes these are refurbished chairs but does this really matter? I can buy just over five wheelchairs from solutions mobility which are approximately one year old, for the same price as one brand-new chair!

I will never be vying a brand-new chair again!

I contacted solutions mobility to enquire about a power wheelchair after i found there website. I spoke to a kind lady called sue who was so friendly but very professional. sue explained everything I needed to know about the chair. I also spoke to a lady called karla about a delivery date who was also very professional. the price was excellent with new batteries and a 12 month warranty which is brilliant, and a new battery charger. I got a delivery date very quickly. I have just got delivery this morning, the chair was on a pallet and was very well packaged. the chair is like new and I am very happy with it. it is having a good charge to prime the batteries. I am looking forward to going out in it. it is so nice to find a honest professional company. thank you mike.
