Unjust Account Closure After 5 Years of Banking with Bank of Georgia
I have had an account with the Bank of Georgia for 5 years, which I have actively used. The bank requested proof of my income, but my solo banker, Tamuna, sent me the notification late. I only saw the email 25 days later, and while I was trying to prepare the necessary documents, the bank closed my account. This situation occurred entirely beyond my control, yet the account I've been using for 5 years was closed. This is unfair. Despite sending the requested documents and information multiple times afterward, the bank has not reactivated my account. I did nothing wrong, and now I am planning to file an official complaint.
