Received the package today had a great communication the jacket is awesome is just what I ordered and wanted, at first after reading reviews I got a little sceptic and anxious about this company but trust me they’re legit it came quite fast I talked with them they were nice and helpful im really thankful keep it up

Hey Giovanni,
I sent you an email after leaving a 1-star review to see if we can come to an understanding but I haven't heard back from you neither have I received any emails or messages from you asking for an update on your order.
You ordered on the 7th April and I shipped your order on the 9th April and provided you with the tracking number. I checked the tracking details on the day you left this review and your order was available to you from 14th April as it is with customs in the Netherlands. Please use your tracking number on the POSTNL website for an update as this is waiting for action from you from due to customs.
I hope this explanation helps and hopefully doesn't reflect the 1-Star review you have given me. It hasn't been 2 weeks since you ordered and overseas orders are expected to arrive in 7-10 working days. It has only been 6 working days since your order as we had Easter holidays. Please allow this time for your order to arrive prior to leaving a review as the misinformation isn't great for a small company like mine.
