Our experience with SoldiPays has been positive from the first point of contact to install and follow up. They have been personable, professional and attentive to our business needs. We have been very impressed with everything from the hardware, service, communication to the savings. when we first started Robert was our guy, he very kindly refered us to Natalie who is also very helpful and a very phenominal customer service person, we have had a couple issues and Natalie is on top of it and taking care of us. Robert has called and checked in to make sure we are being looked after.
This company believes in customer care and making sure you are happy and you are treated like a person not a number. Very wonderful.

Excellent customer service! Being in retail business for over 23 yeasrs, we have always had a challenge with basic communication and customer service with our credit card processors (tried a few over the years). SoldiPays has been excellent on every level. Would highly recommend them.

The initial transition from our recent provider to Soldi was quick and easy. Robert was very efficient, quick to respond and had all the answers to any questions I had. Went above and beyond to get things in order.

Getting the online portal set up was also a breese. Jayden contacted me, provided me with our log in credentials and walked me through how to set everything up as needed. Very knowledgeable, and clear on communications. Processing Transactions is quick and easy, I am happy with the Transfer.

Since we started up a few months ago, Natalie has touched base to confirm all is going well. When I had any questions, they were dealt with right away. Then, followed up with to make sure all is in great working order and we are happy with the services.

Overall, I am most impressed with the responce time from these 3 individuals and Soldi. Never waiting even more than an hour, but mostly within minutes of sending an inquiry. Great and supportive team they have over there :)

Soldipays is a reliable payments platform and has allowed us to easily migrate over from Stripe. The settlement is much faster - payments hit my account within 24 hours. The transaction fees are much lower compared to Stripe and other online payment platforms. The dashboard is really simple to use and you can track everything in real time.

The level of customer service is absolutely amazing! From the initial stages through to day to day operations, SoldiPays is just a phone call or email away. No waiting on hold, choosing prompts from a directory, confirming your account information, etc. It is so refreshing to reach a real live person!! We have been more than happy in dealing with Robert, Jayden, Natalie and others who have assisted us. They are a pleasure to deal with.

Robert showed us how much we were overpaying with our previous provider, and it made total sense for us to switch to Soldipays. Robert and his team were really helpful in getting all the transfer done and linking it to our API. When we cancelled with Global Payments, Global insisted on charging us a whopping $500 cancellation fee. I can't say enough about how helpful Robert was in providing the necessary documentation so the cancellation fee was waived. These guys are the real deal and I can't recommend them enough.
