Very helpful had some problems but they helped me all the way very happy

Whole experience has been positive. After a series of months of little interest on my property, I decided to try sold as my estate agents. They were able to increase the number of viewings in a short amount of time that resulted in accepting a reasonable offer.

From the offer stage to completion, it was very smooth. I was regularly updated, with offer to completion in approximately 7 weeks.

My experience with Sold has been an eventful one to say the least! We had finally found the property we wished to make our home with a growing family and had become set on making the purchase. For a no chain purchase, every single thing that could have gone wrong, did go wrong! At no fault of Sold or their employees, all the legalities of the UK getting in the way more than anything.

Ella Seki picked up the case and over the last year has been vigilant in her support of myself and my family in ensuring that the sale of the property went through. She provided excellent care and service throughout this time, regularly keeping email and phone call communications to let me know what was going on, regardless of any movement or not.

If Sold has other staff and continue to hire staff like Ella then they are on the right path!

We intended to sell our house in a quick way but we did not have offer in the first month. Offers appeared after changed the marketing strategy suggested by sold.co. We did not make the deal finally because of the damp issues. Sold.co.uk a very good agent to do business with from the off they were quick and efficient, communication was excellent with weekly updates and follow ups. when we had an offer made a sales progresser Ella took over the service provided was excellent the knowledge and her commitment gave us confidence that we had chosen the right agent, nothing was to much trouble and it certainly went over and above

Ella has been absolutely fantastic dealing with our sales progression. It was a hard process with a long chain but she kept us up to date at every opportunity, went over and above liaising with the whole chain, and always remained calm and professional. She was also very empathetic with our situation, and our frustrations along the way, and she really helped make it a bit better with her understanding, patience and professionalism.

It is the worst customer experience I've ever had. I don't think they know what the word customer service means. They are all out to make as much money as possible for THEMSELVES at the expense of the prospective seller and buyer. I am so glad the buyer withdrew, which gave me an opportunity to sell through someone else.

Poor and dishonest right from the start. Got pressured into using their solicitor as a term of the sale otherwise threatened to keep the property on the market. Their solicitor Sayer Moore & Co was just as bad as Sold, avoids all phone calls and takes a week to reply to emails. Demanded a deposit to get started with legal work which wasn't set out in the solicitor fees provided to me by Sold. 5 months on the solicitor doesn't know what is going on and "can't start any legal work" and refuses to refund the deposit.

They listed the property when they didn't understand the position of the seller and kept going in circles for months, ultimately decided to walk away due to me losing faith in parties involved they have the competence to get this done.

We just now finished completion with Sold.

Ella, was a most fabulous and helpful lady in this company during this process. Highly recommend.

From the very first point in the journey the conversations were fantastic from various conversations with Christopher Jackson and Dominic the property was put on the market it was my late sisters property so was problematic due to a rubbish probate solicitors who were appointed executors.
However after a fall through everything was done brilliantly by the sales negotiators Cemil, Sarah, Dahnish and Jamie to tie the deal up and then finished off by Ryan. Thanks Again
