Mo the engineer was very informative showing me what was working correctly and what wasn't. Turns out the inverter needed replacing after 11 years of service. I was offered different options to either replace the inverter only or take out a plan covering the entire system for the next 10 year's. I decided to go with the inverter replacement only at this point and see how things go from there. I thought the inverter was a little on the expensive side after checking online how much other companies charge but the engineer was there and it needed doing so just went with it. Just keeping an eye on the feedin tarrif monitor now to see if the inverter is generating power for the grid.

Steve was very knowledgeable and hopefully the problem has been sorted out.

Dom arrived (be it all a 1/2 hour early), was excellent. Listened, politely and diagnosed our problem after checking all the necessary connections and explaining clearly to us.

The following day Louis and Stefan arrived. Again, notification of the time they would be with us and friendly, yet polite and professional removing the old Inverter.

On time very good, when Mo has finished, he showed me how to look at the readings, et cetera. Very impressed would definitely recommend.

Our failed solar panels were up and charging again within a few hours. Steve the engineer was very knowledgeable explaining everything as the job progressed.
