I realized just as I placed the order…
I realized just as I placed the order that an old address was still in my profile, I immediately sent a follow in email to notify, but received a message that you were out celebrating something and wouldn’t be back. I noticed my package still went out and was told to pick it up, only problem is I’m NO LoNGEr at that address and it is on the opposite side of the country. Terrible customer service and support!

As noted in the last review, the item did not start even after being charged; the switches were not working properly, preventing it from starting. With that said, I requested a return and an RMA. Also, I was not satisfied with the item's size; it's too bulky. Please issue the RMA Number so that I can return the items and be reimbursed for the amount I paid. $125.99: return that amount to my account.

It's a good doll
It's a good doll. Feels great. Made better than the first one I ordered. Boobs squishier. vag tighter, more secure. Was about 6 mo into the last one the vag split, rectum split from cleaning, started getting cracks in her joints, wouldn't stay put when you moved her legs. This one seems softer and more solid at the same time. Excellent upgrade. The boobs did get a horrible scar from the packaging in transit, only reason it's 4 stars. I don't really blame anyone for that, so It's not really a complaint, but it does mess with the overall review. Also, I don't know what you have to do, but making it to where the nipples don't lose their color with a single shower would be awesome.
