Purchased MS Visio from Softwaremaster and the purchase went through faultlessly. Installed immediately on my laptop, registered with my MS account and working perfectly.

Purchased a Win 10 Pro license (email version of product key.) Email arrived within minutes, but the product key did not work. Tried several times, no go. Noticed the chat box on the website and thought I'd leave a message for the morning (it was 11:30 at night by this stage.) Imagine my surprise when someone answered! I was talked thru a few checks and it was clear that the product key was not going to work, so they issued another on the spot, via the chat service. It worked and I was a very happy chappy. Excellent customer service. Recommended.

Skeptical at first, spoke to the chat person - defiantly not a robot. Answer were clear and direct, no room for misinterpretation. Went ahead and purchased Office. took about 2min to come through, installation was quick and easy. I can now work offline with no annual fees. Everything was smooth easy and quick. Great purchasing experience, Key was delivered within 30mins (extra so since I placed the order just after 12am on a public holiday). I sent a email for support which was responded to within 30 minutes as well. Support was brief but effective, and only required because i missed a second email from Softwaremaster. Good job

Purchased Office for Mac at great price. Initial license key didn’t work. Emailed support and got reply in minutes on a Sunday! All fixed and sorted with new key within an hour. Software downloads from Microsoft server so is obviously legitimate.
Loses one star for initial key not working and making me think I was scammed.

I wasn't sure about these guys because they were only established in 2021 and I couldn't find much online about them. But the reviews to date seemed reasonable and I got a very real product key for Microsoft Office Home and Business seconds after paying. Worked perfectly and I was up and running in Excel in less than 10 mins. Less than 1/2 the price of retail outfits.

Order, payment and download of 2019 MS Office Professional Plus was a smooth and easy process assisted by the clear explanations on the Softwaremaster site. Best of all I have the full suite of MS Office products at a bargain price. Very happy customer.
