I wish there were more customer service companies like Softwarekeep and representatives like Emre. He solved my problem in one leap, quite literally, immediately after I reached out to them. He followed through when I encountered a further problem. In short order, I was up and running. Oh what a fine world this would be if other companies followed suit with this kind of service.

I've just gotten a new MacBook Pro with the M-Series chip. I've been running Windows on Mac for over a decade with Parallels. So I knew that the new M Chips require the ARM version of Windows 11. I *thought* that's what I just bought from SoftwareKeep this morning, but when I try to install from the download link provided, it says it won't work on this machine. Their support person Joe was VERY helpful and responsive, indicating I had purchased the home version of Windows but needed pro. He promptly issued a refund and I was able to re-purchase the correct version.

What I received is not what I ordered. Expected 'Windows 11 Pro'. Got a link related to upgrading from
Windows 10 to Windows 11. I need to do a complete
install. This is of no use to me.

Again coming through as the best assist around, Joe with software1985 is amazing, making it easy to access your laptop remotely and download what's needed. A great group to work with, I highly recommend SoftwareKeep.
