This was so easy to order...and they are exactly what I wanted! Loved the colors and the quality. They are amazing!

it's a birthday present for my sister --- she will love this package.

Also...ordering and receiving it was quick...and that was appreciated since its a gift.

The product I ordered was out of stock

The product I ordered was out of stock, although that was not indicated online when I placed the order. I then received two different emails informing me of the situation and offering to send something similar. I did not want anything different. I was willing to wait on the stock to come in December, but then I got a second email again trying to substitute it. I decided it was safer to cancel before I got something I didn’t want.

I’ve written multiple reviews for the products that I purchased. I’ve already said how wonderful the products and the pricing for said products was incredible.
If I’m asked again to rate my experience, I will have no choice but to give bad feedback because of the aggravation.

5 stars for quality

5 stars for quality. I don’t like the very stiff hotholders . These are thick enough to do the job. Not crazy about the colors but then they will be in a drawer 99.9% of the time.

I did not receive what I ordered

I did not receive what I ordered. When I brought it to the attention of a representative, they asked me to send them a picture of the merchandise I did receive. I sent them the picture, they apologized and agreed to re-send me the correct items. The items never came. I followed up with an email, asking for a status update. They responded by re-sending me a picture of the original (incorrect) delivery info, which frustrated me to no end. Lack of service and results. Won't be buying from this company again!
