After all the positive reviews about high quality, I was disappointed in these tea towels. The hems were good, but the fabric varied from towel to towel. A few were high quality and thicker, but more were thinner and lower quality. I also was surprised (my own fault because the dimensions were provided) at how small they are versus the towels I usually buy.

Second time ordering from this company and I have no complaints. Will be ordering again soon. My husband is a Barber and his clients love the hot towel face wrap after getting cut. They are good quality towels for a great value.

Using the website to find what I wanted was great as was ordering. The only reason I did not give a top review was because I never received an email or any information about the status of my order. Would check back every other day and finally found it had shipped. Tracking was easy and it arrived in time for project completion.
I will be ordering again since products are great.

I was looking for traditional flour sack towels. These are much coarser woven and do not have the absorbency of the softer towels.

The towels are nice texture. They’re thin though. I ordered 28”x 28”.
I received 24”x 20” 🤷‍♀️ I’m keeping them and will buy towels, 28”x 28” elsewhere.

The product was delivered in a timely manner, but it wasn't what I expected

I ordered 28x28 inch dishtowels and am disappointed to receive 24x25 inch dishtowels.

The towels I ordered were too thin to embroider on. I am attempting to return them but I can't get anyone to send me the the return documentation so I can get my money back. I'm very disappointed in this company and will never buy from you again!!!! I want my money back...

I love these dish cloths they are the perfect size & I like the colors as well. The delivery service was very fast didn’t have to wait a long time to get them. I’m planning on ordering more there just right for washing dishes, it doesn’t turn sour like those thick dish rags
