Second time purchase from Sofology
My husband and I purchased a new sofa from Sofology, again, as it is by far our preferred store. We made few visits to the store in order to make the final decision and discussed our options with Happy, who advised us. Happy was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was such a refreshing experience. Highly recommended and appreciated.

Happy and was extremely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain every detail and helped me look around the store to find the best sofa for my needs.
Happy clearly explained the materials, the options available, and the five-year guarantee, making everything very easy to understand. He was patient, knowledgeable, and kept checking that I was happy with everything before finalising the purchase.
His advice and information were really useful, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I think he’s a great asset to the store. Thank you again for the excellent service!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Sofology, all thanks to Leanne. From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect sofa.

Excellent Customer Service
I bought my sofa from the sofology in Stockport. The staff were all amazingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a pretty specific idea of what I wanted but also had small door frame to get sofa through. Sarah member of staff spent time measuring and helping me.
