I had a great experience with Sofology

I had a great experience with Sofology, and I especially want to mention Emma for her excellent customer service. She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I felt confident in my choice. Emma never made me feel rushed and genuinely seemed to care about finding the right option for me. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to her. I’d also like to say a big thank you to Gaz, who was a huge help and very kindly kept my 2-year-old occupied, which made the visit even easier for me. I would definitely recommend Sofology.

Had a fantastic experience today at the Leicester Fosse Park store. Was attended to by Katie and she was great, was able to answer all our questions and wasn't pushy at all. Super relaxed and approachable! Ended up buying 2 sofa's and a love chair. Cant wait for them to arrive.

We weren’t pounced on as we walked in…

We weren’t pounced on as we walked in to the store, which we really liked. As we had already seen the sofa on line , we knew which one we wanted and Bradley pointed us in the right direction. Both Bradley and Emma told us everything that we needed to know about the sofa and finance, will definitely recommend sofology to our friends. Thanks again for your service

New Sofas

My wife and I recently bought two new sofas, a three and two seater. We have mainly dealt with Katie, but also on occasions with Marie, Emma, Zainab and Daddy and it's been a pleasure dealing with them all. They are all so polite, friendly, and helpful, none put you under any pressure to buy. Also as it has taken us some time to decide, with several + visits they are very patient too, and always pleased to see you again. So if you are looking to replace your three pieces suite, I highly recommend Sofology

Katie was brilliant

Katie was brilliant. She asked if I had any questions with regard to the sofa I wa looking at, she answered my queries and then left us alone to ponder over whether the sofa was for me or not. No hanging around and making a nuisance of herself with breathing down my neck. She then kindly came to check on me again to see if everything was ok and that's when I purchased my sofas. Excellent customer care from her.

Damaged on delivery

We bought a sofa and a chair which was delivered on the 18th of December. The delivery guys built the sofa and chair in our living room then left without even trying if the recliners worked. The first time we reclined the chair a bolt fell out the bottom, then we noticed a mark on the arm of the chair and on the sofa. I contacted the customer service department within five minutes of delivery and they sent a guy out to repair the damage. The guy came out and tried to clean the marks off but it has only made them worse so I tried customer service again but now they are just not returning messages. Very poor service I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

Super friendly, relaxed-approach staff

All of the staff were super friendly, we didn’t feel pressured to buy as soon as we walked in, which was a great start for us.
We were given great advice by one staff member who asked whether we’re looking for and was then left to wander around the store without being followed or constantly having anyone in our face, however, staff were always there and approachable whenever we had a question.

Comfortable inviting store with an…

Comfortable inviting store with an excellent choice of overall high quality furniture. Respectful friendly approach from salesman Bal?. He was immediately available for assistance when required and nothing was too much trouble for him. We hadn't intended to purchase today but we're so pleased with what was on offer and Bal's attitude that we ordered once decisions were made. Full marks for Bal's input.

Can recommend

After going round all the furniture shops at Fosse Park we found what we wanted at Sofology at a price we wanted to pay and Bal the assistant was very helpful and didn’t complain when we kept asking questions and changing things.
