Customer service on day of purchase was excellent. Shirley made sure I was well looked after, taking time to cover all aspects/ concerns, such as design, measurements and fit. All options discussed until I was confident in my purchase. She went beyond being a sales person, ensuring I was listened to. Suite was delivered within time slot and delivery drivers were excellent. All in all, after a very bad experience with another retailer, from sale to delivery this went without a hitch!

No pressure, we were left to look around, try a few, we took a while to finally pick one, Blair then came forward and explained all about what we had picked and any extra we could have, he was knowledgeable, there was no pressure to add extras,once we decided on what we'd like he went on to explain and the break down of the cost, when to expect delivery and what will happen or day of delivery

Shirley was really attentative and helpful showing us lots of different sofas and really listening to what we were looking for. She was even helping us with our colour schemes for our living room she is an asset to the company. Excellent rapport with her customers and we will definitely recommend people to come to sofology in Kirkcaldy!

Was a great selection to choose from from and ordering was easy.

The initial visit to the shop went well, I thought. I decided to take 0%finance so that was submitted. I did as I was instructed and submitted identity verification as soon as I got home.
I waited for a confirmation email but by the following Friday afternoon still no response.
I called the finance company only to be told that the wrong DOB had been filled in by the shop assistant.
I was then instructed to phone another Sofology number.
Alison dealt with my complaint, took details and said she would resubmit information to finance company.
I asked her if this now meant the delivery date would be pushed back and she said probably.
Obviously a disappointment when I need the purchase for comfort and was anticipating the original date.
I hope that this will now go ahead as anticipated.
