A very enjoyable experience …
EMMA was really attentive to our needs as we looked for a new sofa .After our initial meeting we retured later for another look .She provided us with all the information we needed to take home with us .We returned a few days later to place our order .We found her very helpful and professional

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Sheena at the Gateshead store was informative, professional and friendly. She explained everything very well and everything went to plan, our sofa was delivered in the expected time frame. The delivery guys were absolutely amazing, they explained what they needed to do at every step in a polite and professional way. Would 100% recommend.

From stepping foot in store we were well looked after, Dannielle, explained the various sofa combinations, helped us to choose the right sofas for us, we settled for 2 3 seaters, we cant thank Danielle enough, we would have no hesitation in recommending Sofology to anyone

Metro Centre Store
We visited the Metro Centre store and were served by Danielle who was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, which was very refreshing since we’d visited a number of other sofa shops before we went to sofology.
