As everyone else is saying, this company is a complete scam. Has taken hundreds of thousands of dollars from people, who trusted them to bring their project to life. Instead there has been nothing but inconsistent updates, requests for more money, and then complete silence for the past 6 months.

This is a scam. That's $69 I'll never see again. The man behind this scam kept begging for patience and promising more updates in the future, but it's been well over a year and the shoes haven't even been produced yet. Do not trust Sockwa, Patrick Malleret or anyone else connected with this - they'll just take your money and scarper!

The Great Sockwa Swindle
Sockwa is a total scam. Avoid at all costs. Kickstarter backers taken for over $300,000 and not a shoe in sight. Patrick Malleret has used every imaginable excuse. He even tried to heist nearly $100,000 in extra shipping costs. Refuses to account for backer funds. Do not trust this company. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Scam company steer clear
Scam company. They take your money, never deliver your product. They consistently hide behind factory issues, shipping issues, or any number of other issues to avoid delivering product. I placed an order over 10 months ago that has yet to ship and they ghost any refund requests.
