Your order: SA25769 was shipped on December 6 2025. Orders with standard shipping to France can take up to 10 business days to arrive with no tracking number as stated in our FAQs.
Would you please confirm if you have received any delivery attempts from your local post office like a notice on your mailbox?
Your parcel may also be awaiting collection at a local depot or you may need to re-arrange delivery. If not, just reply to the email we sent you, so we can send you a new parcel immediately.

We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with our items.
We sold more than 500.000 socks since our launch and had very few problems, one that we detected is that if you tumble dry your socks they become a lot more fragile and shrink considerably due to the fibers that make them more elastic and comfortable, that's why we don't recommend it on our washing instructions.
We'll send you a replacement pair right away. Do you want it delivered to the same address? Simply advise us the order number.
If you don't want the replacement pair, we can simply refund your money.
Just let us know how you want to proceed, so we can help you further.

Wenn ich nicht dauernd Mails an den Support geschrieben hätte, wüsste ich bis heute nicht, ob ich meine Lieferung überhaupt bekomme! Erst bei Nachfrage wurde mir eine Tracking-Nummer mitgeteilt! Die Lieferung ist noch nicht angekommen, aber für heute angekündigt! Datum der Bestellung war der 10.11.2025. Fairerweise muss man aber sagen, der Support antwortet und sucht nach Lösungen. Deshalb auch 2 Sterne von mir.

Catálogo muito diversificado
Catálogo muito diversificado, designs muito giros e relativamente rápida (dentro do prazo anunciado). As meias são de boa qualidade, no entanto mandei vir dois pares com desenhos diferentes e o tipo de malha é diferente. Não me apercebi no site de que houvesse diferença no tipo de malha (espessura, densidade) de design para design. Talvez a informação esteja lá, mas se está, não está suficientemente evidente. Só por isso 4 estrelas e não 5, de resto tudo 5 estrelas.

Relativamente à diferença que notou, tem toda a razão, pois os dois pares da sua encomenda têm tipos de malha distintos. Um deles é uma meia sport, enquanto a outra meia é um modelo standard.

Great socks with cool designs
I've ordered socks from Sockaffairs more than once and will be ordering more soon, because where you can find socks of great classic paintings like Caravaggio's Medusa? The quality is great (no hurting stitching) and the designs my favourite, always awesome.

Regarding the fees, unfortunately, as your order was shipped from outside the European Union, these import charges are determined entirely by Canadian Customs and are, unfortunately, beyond our control.
