Lamentamos muito saber que a sua encomenda ainda não foi recebida.
O prazo habitual de entrega para Portugal é de cerca de uma semana, pelo que compreendemos totalmente a sua frustração. Como os envios são efetuados por correio normal, infelizmente não dispomos de rastreamento, e tudo indica que a encomenda possa ter sido extraviada pelos correios.
Gostaríamos de salientar que estamos sempre disponíveis para ajudar e lamentamos não ter tido a oportunidade de resolver esta situação diretamente consigo antes da publicação desta avaliação.
De qualquer forma, a satisfação dos nossos clientes é a nossa prioridade e, por isso, vamos proceder ao reenvio da sua encomenda através dos CTT Expresso, para garantir que a recebe o mais rapidamente possível.

SockAffair Experience
Socks are of good quality, as you would expect when paying a premium price.
Delivery was pretty slow, it seems as if the orders are shipped in bulk to a third party, and from there to that countries customers.
When enquiring about delivery eta, it felt as if I was simply receiving an AI automated response rather than a human who could help or cared.
Would I buy from SockAffairs again, probably not.

We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of the socks.
Your order was placed on 19 May and dispatched the following day, on 20 May. As the shipment was sent to the UK, it had to go through customs clearance, which can sometimes add additional transit time beyond our control. However, the order was delivered on 29 May, within the 10 business day timeframe stated on our website.
We're sorry to hear that our replies came across as impersonal. We understand how frustrating it can be when you're waiting for an order and looking for an update.
Please understand that all reviews are important for us, and a 2 star review is very damaging to our reputation as it depicts our product as being of pour quality, which is not the case here.

Love the sock designs. The fit of the largest size is a little tight for a US 12 foot.

We understand your point, however, every sock and design is different as well as their production bulk, and so even though the products may look tighter, they are in fact suitable for the labeled sizes.

Die Socken sind sehr schön, aber das Material ist meines Erachtens nicht sonderlich qualitativ brauchbar. Es ist sehr unelastisch und dünn.

Socken mit komplexen Mustern wie unseren unterscheiden sich jedoch deutlich von einfarbigen Standardsocken. Die Muster und Farbunterschiede führen zu einer geringeren Stabilität. Dies liegt am Prinzip des Strickens an sich. Daher drucken wir das Muster nur auf die Socken, die unserer Meinung nach von minderer Qualität sind.
Gelegentlich treten Qualitätsprobleme auf, die wir durch Aktualisierungen der Muster beheben. Wir sind uns nicht sicher, ob dies hier der Fall ist, werden der Sache aber nachgehen. Die Probleme können auch durch eine fehlerhafte Baumwollcharge oder einen Produktionsfehler an einer Strickmaschine verursacht werden.
Wir würden Ihnen dringend empfehlen, ein Ersatzpaar zu testen und zu prüfen, ob sich die Qualität verbessert. Sollten Sie auch damit nicht zufrieden sein, erstatten wir Ihnen den Kaufpreis. Falls Sie kein Ersatzpaar wünschen, erstatten wir Ihnen den Kaufpreis für die fehlerhaften Socken.
