Buoni che non arrivano, assistenza che non si collega da molto tempo. Ho perso dei buoni, sia io che miei conoscenti. Non la utilizzerò mai più. Pessimi, pensare che avevo già sorvolato altre volte.

Temo si tratti della solita truffa
Ho riscattato un buono amazon Italia il 28/3/2024, il giorno 07/04/2024 mi è arrivato il messaggio che mi sarebbe stato consegnato entro 24 ore. Ad oggi 22/4/2024 non mi è arrivato ancora nulla. Temo che il buono non mi verrà più consegnato il buono e che sia tutta una truffa.

Ho chiesto un buono Amazon e mi dice che è stato pagato il 7 aprile... oggi 16 aprile credo sia andato in scam...non mi è arrivata nessuna mail.
Il buono mi è sempre arrivato anche se negli ultimi tempi arrivava la mail mooooolto in ritardo, ho scritto più volte all'assistenza ma non hai mai risposto.

Non pagante, assistenza nulla
Il bot continua a proporre campagne da svolgere, ma al raggiungimento dei 5€ non paga più. In chat mi è stato inviato il messaggio di emissione del buono Amazon, ma dopo 3 giorni non mi è ancora stato inoltrato alcun codice per riscattare il pagamento.
Assistenza totalmente assente, nessuno legge né risponde. L'ultimo accesso del supporto risale a un mese fa.
Una perdita di tempo che rasenta la truffa.

finora mi sono trovata abbastanza bene, nonostante le pochissime campagne presenti.
ma ultimamente ho scritto all'assistenza per il fatto che non mi venivano pagate le percentuali sugli amici invitati, a quanto pare nessuno legge più i messaggi di richiesta aiuto.
ho appena cambiato un buono, che mi è stato regolarmente pagato, come sempre.
