I decided to try it out 2 years ago when I signed up through my hosting account and was immediately very disappointed because it was very limited to like only Facebook and Twitter and Twitter would not work, so it was basically a useless waist of money and I immediately canceled. I was refunded but then last year they charged my credit card again and I had to dispute the charge and they have no contact phone number. And now 2 years later they just charged my credit card again the other day. I had to request to place them on the Payment Cancellation Service to prevent them from billing my credit card again next year. This is only valid for 15 months and i'll bet they will try to charge again 4th year too. I also had to dispute the charges. These low lifes should be put in jail for fraud. I told my web host if this happens again I promise I will be looking for a new hosting company.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I raised a query 3 weeks ago about a part of their system not working. They barely get back to me and have done nothing about it. I have requested a full refund for my account, i shall be going with another service. They literally do not care. AVOID

Private data nightmare - Avoid this company
This company do not care about you, but do care about keeping your personal data.
You cannot close your account if you do not want to use their service. you cannot change your personal data (even in a free account - not talking about billing data).
Email is always kept in their records, you can always reconnect to an account.
They don't close account or remove personal data if you ask via support even if you mention your legal right as European user referring to European General Data Protection Regulation.
Support is not taking requests in consideration. They are just copying and pasting the same answer.
Avoid this company!
There are other good products like Hootsuite and Buffer - Where you can totally delete your account in one click and your email will never be saved in their records.
