I've bought an item from their amazon page..after the order failed to arrive on expected day for delivery I contacted the seller asking him what was going on,since the order never even reached the "sent" status.. today I woke up to find out that the seller canceled the order without even asnwering me.the item it's still on and he's still trying to sell it..this behavior totally reeks of scam.. MY ADVISE IS TO STAY AWAY FROM SNUSWEB!

I ordered on 28/05/21, but after it didn't arrive I chased this up and they arranged to send out my order which did come through fine. Good products and good prices, will use again

miscommunication
Order took over a week to turn up, when delivery was meant to be next day. Been informed this was due to the delivery system being down. However, I tried contacting by email and online chat but had no response til after my order had turned up. Just an issue with communication, wouldn't of minded the delayed delivery if I was replied to in emails explaining the delay.
Products are really good though, and I will keep buying from this website:)

Thanks for your honest review Tomas but unfortunately we cannot change the delivery times of Royal Mail, we offer international delivery for £4.99 which is a fraction of the cost of other services. Your order should have arrived today(5 working days) but as you can imagine COVID-19 has slowed down the arrival of all packages , especially international deliveries.
