Hi Niko! 💕
We’re really sorry to hear the XL didn’t fit the way you expected.
Could you please email us at support@snuggleheaven.shop
? There’s a chance you may have received the wrong size by mistake — the XL should normally fit well. One of our TikTok creators is 192 cm and all the models of pajama pants fit him (they are just slightly above the ankles, but still comfortable), so at 188 cm they should definitely fit better than what you described.
We’d love to check your order and fix this for you right away. 💗
