Great product and excellent service!
Snow Shock is a fantastic company. Their unique slush flavor keeps customers coming back. I've been with them for 15 years across two stores. The slush is always top-notch. They provide helpful videos and phone support for machine issues. In 15 years, we've had just one late delivery, which was the courier's fault. I highly recommend Snow Shock.

Don't bother wasting your time and effort. Very rude employees and don't know what they are doing. Don't buy Snowshock products. There are better brands with better quality out there. You'll regret it.

Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery, good products only downside was I found the website rather annoying and time consuming to place the order. Kept going to the trolley after each item ordered, then had to navigate back to select the next item.

Thanks for the feedback Ian. If for example you are ordering syrups - click on veiw all - from that page select the qty of the flavour you want - add to basket. The basket will open a side window but you can close it and carry on. Hope this helps, have a great day.

Excellent customer service & product
Always excellent customer service and high quality products. I purchased a refurb machine and it is excellent, syrups are great flavoured too. Would definitely recommend!

Hi James Thanks for taking time to review us. Carriage is FREE for orders over £50, except for the Highlands & Islands of the UK, where there is an additional charge. This is unfortunately the case for the vast majority of businesses shipping to those areas, purely because the delivery companies charge more for that service. Although we wish we did, sadly we have no options available to prevent this.
