Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, just an AI bot and impossible to talk normally to an agent. I ordered 25 cards in one purchase and since I am shipping to Thailand I need to pay carrier fee, approx. 60-100USD on each shipment. Which is expected. Suddenly I get a message that 10 of my cards have been shipped. I contacted Snrkdunk and told them that I need all of the cards sent together due to shipping costs, when they informed me that they only send 10 cards at the time and would not do anything about it. For my 25 cards, they will then be sent 10/10/5 and my fees will have already burned up multiple the value of the cards and instead of paying 60-100USD for the whole batch, I need to pay it 3 TIMES!!! AVOID this company at any cost if you are planning on shipping internationally. I was offered no help, no willingness to help me save my purchase and now I have lost huge amounts of money due to their non-flexible shipping policy. Their email is a "no-reply" email so I just feel totally left alone with my concerns. I regret all my purchased I have done with them.

I could’ve given 4 stars because of the waiting time, but honestly… it’s an easy 5 from me. I finally managed to get the Nigel Sylvester × Nike Air Jordan 1 Low OG, that I’d been hunting for. They were sold out almost everywhere, but your platform came through
I really liked the authentication process. Sure, it took a bit longer, but I’d rather wait than end up with fakes. It was definitely worth it. The $5 first-order discount was a nice little bonus too, especially when import duties decide to remind you they exist 😅
If you’re looking for rare sneakers or hard-to-find pieces, this is the place. You can find some real gems here. And these Sylvester x Jordan… they look awesome with baggy jeans, or even with shorts and a shirt for a clean fit. Kind of wish I could attach a photo to this review 🫣😁

Slow, unclear, and not suitable for anything time-sensitive or expensive
I bought a domestic Japan sneaker item on 28 May. The seller did not mark shipment until after the deadline window, and by 2 June the item had still not arrived at SNKRDUNK for authentication. The process is slow and unclear. The app does not provide courier tracking or clear proof that the parcel has actually been handed to a carrier. This is not comparable with normal Japanese retail service. I would not use this platform again for anything.

DO NOT BUY from SNKRDUNK. This is one of the worst buying experiences I’ve ever had on a sneaker/card marketplace.
I made two purchases.
Order #72816 arrived with a clear white spot on the card and visible marks on the PSA slab. Their so-called “authentication team” completely missed these obvious defects. When I complained, they shamelessly told me they only check if the slab is real and has no “major” scratches — they don’t actually care about the condition of the card inside. Then they had the audacity to say the defects I received are “within their standards.” Complete joke.
Order #72954 was automatically cancelled by their system because I didn’t reply fast enough. Yet when they ship you a defective item, they take zero responsibility. Classic double standard.
I spent weeks trying to resolve this through customer support. Every single reply was a generic, copy-paste response full of excuses and “policy” nonsense. They kept claiming “management reviewed it” while clearly doing nothing. No accountability, no refund, no compensation, no willingness to fix anything. Just “sorry, this is our policy, go away.”
SNKRDUNK has zero standards. Their authentication is a scam — they pass low-quality items and hide behind weak policies to protect themselves and the sellers. Customer service is useless and robotic. They don’t care about buyers at all.
I will never use this platform again. Wasted time, wasted money, and massive disappointment. If you value your money and want proper quality control, stay far away from SNKRDUNK.
This app deserves zero stars.

As noted on our product pages for TCG pack products, there is "No guarantee of rare card distribution due to the nature of pack purchases", as purchasing loose packs does not guarantee a specific hit rate. Because these are individual units, each pack is a completely independent, randomized event.
Our primary responsibility is to ensure the integrity and authenticity of the product. Every pack we ship undergoes a strict inspection process to verify that the factory seal is intact and untampered with. However, as the contents are sealed by the manufacturer, we have no influence over which cards are inside.
