Bestellung wurde nicht Geliefert und Geschlossen obwohl ich bezahlt habe!

War Anfangs skeptisch da die Firma wohl in Polen liegt. Als die Schuhe nach ein paar Tagen bereits ankamen war allerdings alles verflogen. Die Schuhe sind top!

Alles allerbestens gelaufen: Artikel exakt wie beschrieben, Preis mehr als fair und Versand von Polen nach Deutschland innerhalb von 4 Tagen. Der Informationsfluss zum Versand und der erwarteten Lieferzeit war auch OK.

sent me the wrong size then wanted proof of return which I did not keep my receipt from the post office, said they don't keep record of returns, I definitely mailed them back and had to pay because they don't provide paid postage like most other companies, they suck basically.

Mijn bestelling is geannuleerd omdat ik niet betaald zou hebben. Ik heb direct via ideal betaald en bankafschrift als bewijs. Email adres is buiten gebruik, geen contact te krijgen. Zie dat zij dit vaker doen. Oplichters!

Nergens te bereiken geen contact met het bedrijf wacht al meer dan 1 week op de schoenen. Iemand die kan helpen ?

Ich habe Schuhe die defekt waren reklamiert und habe ganz andere zurück geschickt bekommen. Die Firma reagiert nicht mehr auf Rückfragen. Es gibt keine Telefonnummer o.ä um irgendjemanden zu erreichen. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!!!

**Avoid** Incurs UK tax and duties when purchasing from the UK which Sneaker Studio place on the buyer. I checked for import costs when I placed the order but this was not in any way made clear at check out.

I also returned several items (which had duties and tax paid and need to be claimed back from HMRC). The website says that you will be credited within 14 days from the day they receive the return. I shared proof of postage and receipt from their warehouse and received no communication for days. Only when I threatened to report to trading standards and email their suppliers did they respond and reimburse me - 9 days later than their terms and conditions.

Not great customer service at all. Shop at your own risk. This is not a well run business and delaying payment is unethical and fraudulent.

Bitte lasst die Finger weg von dem Shop! Die Firma sitzt in Polen und reagiert nicht auf Emails. Telefonisch gar nicht zu erreichen.
Mir wurden die falschen Schuhe zugeschickt. Ich habe sie auf eigene Kosten zurückgesendet und bekommen nun mein Geld nicht zurück. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Man erhält leider absolut keine Antwort auf Nachfragen.
Bereits vor einiger Zeit zwei Paar Schuhe retourniert und ich erhalte weder mein Geld zurück noch eine Antwort des Shops. Mehr als unseriös!

Mein Bestellung wurde nach Bezahlung einfach storniert, da die Ware beschäftigt sei. Der Shop antwortet nicht auf Anfragen per E-Mail. Auf dem Schaden bleibe ich sitzen.

I bought a CP Company coat that was in the sale. The coat arrived after a few days and I checked it to make sure it was a genuine article on Certilogo, and it was. The coat was already in the sale but, because I bought the coat in the Black Friday sale, I managed to get another £140.00 off which was incredible.
However, I knew that I was going to be billed by FedEx for Duty, Taxes and Fees. They have just charged me, Import Duty £32.35, VAT £62.49, Disbursement fee £12.75, making a total £107.59. The Black Friday discount covered all this, but you need to be aware of these extra charges when buying items and shipping them to the UK.

Ero preoccupato di aver fatto un acquisto incauto viste le recensioni ma devo dire che tutto è andato benissimo, il pacchetto è arrivato in nemmeno una settimana!

Would not recommend.

It was delayed twice (and supposedly finally sent the product in the second time I contacted them) and in the end they said there was a product defect in warehouse.

I received a refund without the shipping fees, and they insisted they paid in whole, up until I sent proof of refund.

In the end it was fixed, can’t say much about the products but the customer service is really not great.

no doubt one of the worst most trash shops I bought sneakers form. First they have that idiotic policy where you need to place a different order, if you want to change a first order. Second of all they have the most incompetent employees, this !d!ot told me they will refund my money when the package shows as refused with the delivery company. But then they said I'm getting my money when they get the package. WHICH THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND IT'S TWO DIFFERENT THINGS
