Overall great experience, I kept in touch with their I.g account and were always at hand to answer any questions. Ordered my item on 17th May 2023 arrived to UK on 22nd May 2023. No issues, just didn't receive email after placing order but was all updated on their website. I am perplexed reading the negative reviews, what I ordered is what I received and 100% authentic. Not a paid review!

Assistenza clienti inesistente, dicono di scrivere al loro indirizzo mail (unico metodo di contatto) ma nessuno risponde. Ho mandato 7 mail.....nulla di fatto, nessuno mi da riscontro.....quale servizio clienti?

Llevo muchos días esperando por este pedido. Me extrañaba que tardará tanto y he mirado el seguimiento y resulta que la semana pasada lo devolvieron porque la dirección estába incompleta. Sin llamarme, ni escribirme un email para avisarme ni dejarlo en punto de recogida. NADA.
Realice un pedido de dos cosas. Una llego el lunes pasado. Y esta que era exactamente la misma dirección dicen que esta incompleta.

De truien waren relatief snel in huis. Het retourproces is echter een drama. Je moet een formulier uitprinten dat vaag vertaald is naar het Nederlands. De verwerking daarvan is ruim 3 weken later dan het pakket retour was aangekomen. Ook is de klantenservice alleen bereikbaar via social media kanalen. Ik ga hier niet nog een keer bestellen.

Hier wird nur B-Ware verkauft! Achtung! Haben einen hellen Schuh bestellt. Beide Schuhe haben einen Fleck genau auf der Oberseite. Für 80€ absolut inakzeptabel! Der Support meldet sich einfach nicht zurück…

Tuttavia, nel mio caso nulla di quanto lamentato da alcuni utenti è corrisposto al vero, al contrario la spedizione è stata veloce e con corriere UPS, l'imballaggio era perfetto (doppia scatola) e nessun tipo di danno.
Per quanto mi riguarda raccomando il negozio che peraltro ha dei prezzi molto competitivi e sicuramente tornerò a comprare da loro.

Schuhe 2 Tage nach Bestellung erhalten. Schuhe waren schön verpackt und nicht beschädigt. Immer wieder gern.

Bestellung wurde meinerseits wegen falscher Größe umgehend per Mail storniert. 3 Tage später erst eine Reaktion, dass geprüft würde. Zahlung vorab per Paypal. Nach nun mehr als zwei Wochen weder Schuhe, noch Geld, noch Kontakt. Sehr unseriös…
Edit: Geld per Paypal wieder erhalten.

Prezzi competitivi, servizio clienti disponibile e cordiale. Ho acquistato delle Stan Smith scontate, prodotto arrivato dopo una settimana, tutto ok. Unico "neo", non sono proprio chiare le tempistiche di consegna, ma il sito è affidabile!

Ich habe zwei Paar Schuhe mit unterschiedlichen Größen gekauft und ein paar auf meine Kosten zurückgesendet. Leider innerhalb von vier Wichen keinerlei Reaktion. Ich konnte es erfolgreich über Paypal rückabwickeln.
Ich rate von dem Shop aus Polen ab. Hab ich leider erst im Impressum gesehen. Schade :-(

Falschen und minderwertigen Artikel erhalten. Keine Rückzahlung nach Retoure. Keine Hotline, keine Reaktion auf E-Mails. Geld nur aufgrund des Käuferschutzes von Paypal wiederbekommen!

Lieferung zwar schnell, aber nachdem ich auf eigene Kosten die Schuhe retourniert habe, habe ich bislang nichts mehr gehört. Auch zwei Emails an an die offizielle Kontakt Emailadresse inkl. DHL Informationen zur Retoure wurden ignoriert, daher muss ich leider Anderen von diesem Shop abraten. Werde wahrscheinlich rechtliche Schritte einleiten müssen.

Aufgrund der Bewertungen hier hatte ich Sorge, dass auch ich Probleme bei der Rücksendung bekommen würde.

Ja, auch dass laut DHL die Rücksendung „durch einen Familienangehörigen“ entgegengenommen wurde, hat in mir Unsicherheiten ausgelöst.

Dennoch, meine Nachfrage via Email wurde, auch wenn nicht über freundlich, präzise beantwortet.

Das Geld der Rücksendung habe ich auch ohne Probleme zurückbekommen.

Aufgrund der günstigen Preise, werde ich hier demnächst wieder schauen und bei gefallen bestellen.

Quasi quotidianamente faccio e-commerce sebbene al 99% mi appoggio a siti in cui l'eventuale reso o rimborso sono facilitati. Questa volta mi trovavo ad acquistare un paio di stan smith che altrove ho trovato ad almeno 30€ in più. Date le numerose recensioni negative ero scettico poi essendo "del mestiere" non stava in piedi che venissi truffato, ciononostante mi sono voluto fidare e in pochissimi giorni e con tutte le comunicazioni progressive del caso, ho ricevute le mie splendide scarpe di cui non posso dubitare della loro autenticità. Non so se le recensioni negative le scrive lo concorrenza o se davvero esistono dei malcapitati che hanno scritto una recensione ancor prima di aver ricevuto la merce, ad ogni modo posso riferire che io ho un ottimo feedback di questo sito che quindi mi sento di consigliare

Bought things from this store several times, everything was relatively good. The only thing is that every time they sent the package to a random post office, it's good that at least in the right city. But this time everything is very sad. I placed an order on April 5, received a message that it was shipped a couple of days later. Almost a month later, I still haven't received anything, it is impossible to get in touch through any of the announced communication channels. It came out only through a direct message on Instagram, where it turned out that the goods are not in stock (none of the 5 in the order), although some of the goods are still sold on the website. They offered a 5% discount, despite the fact that the website is currently offering a 20% discount and they do not add up. They returned the funds only today, of course there is no question of any compensation for the double conversion. The bottom line is that I simply lent them my money for a month, spent a lot of time, nerves, and even flew in the red. Nice market, nice service, I do not recommend it to anyone!
