Ordered some air max 95s I never got the email confirmation which was due to myself putting a letter wrong but they quickly replied to sort it and send me the confirmation to the right email but soon as that was done I’ve emailed asking when my items actually going to be out for delivery and I’ve been ignored since not what you expect when you pay £230 for some trainers

UPDATE1: I've had an email reply and these don't stock the trainers they get out sourced then delivered to sneaker asb then they send them out to be delivered to you is my understanding of this but once i get them and its all sorted and I'm happy ill change my review

UPDATE 2: So the trainers have come they went through an authenticity check which in my opinion is actually quiet decent that this happens if major places I.E JD, Footasylum etc don't have them in stock these guys can source them and then make sure there authentic and they also source other items not just sneakers, but I'm happy with the shoes. I did mention after being scammed before when using a another company other than main dealers I was just worried it was going to happen again but they are legit and very helpful and I've told friends and family and I'll be back to get some more sneakers for sure!!

Post UPDATE!!!

So I’ve noticed a massive red flag from this company on these shoes and there’s no way they have left the Nike factory under this condition of being so far out their not even slightly symmetrical at all this needs correcting as soon as possible it’s screaming very bad fakes or your authenticity team clearly can’t see straight I’ve took photo evidence and I’ll happily go to a Nike store and do a live video to get there review on them back to 1 star until it’s sorted

Ordered 2 pairs of UGGS in December both came quick delivery
However needed to change one pair which i returned beginning of January
I was still waiting 2 weeks later
I finally received an email reply to my numerous emails and they claimed there was no return note in my parcel which was not true
I decided to request a refund as if I exchanged and had to return again the length of time to even have any reply from an email is just unacceptable
Return date 7th January and still no refund
Please avoid this company at all costs !!!!

trying to communicate with Sneakers ASB is really difficult as there is no customer service number, only email. The response to emails at times can be really sloiw which create concern as to whether or not the trainers I ordered and the website was legitimate. To be fair though, eventually when I did get a response, it was clear and then gave me some faith. However the product was delivered far beyond the timescales that were stated on the initial order and website.

Had a great experience with order and delivery. UNTIL, I had to return the Ugg Tasman slippers x2.

Since the return and its confirmed the ugg slippers have been received back to Sneakers ASB, I’ve got proof of delivery (pictures from Royal Mail) which have been saved if I need to use them.

Now, this is where I’ve had problems.

I have sent 2 chaser emails to find out the status of my refund and have received NO RESPONSE.

Have advised them today, I would give them another 7 days to respond, otherwise, I will go to my bank and get them to deal with it and raise a dispute on my behalf.

Fingers crossed from writing this post I will now get a response and an update.
