Snaw Recenzje

Cool cups but not practical. Wish I read the product details that you CANNOT put them in the microwave. Who ever heard of a coffee cup you can’t? If I knew up front I would have purchased something else.

Cup beautiful. Coffee stays warm for long time

I never received the products after 2 months, still waiting

Lovely products! Very classy and they’re a perfect fit aesthetically with my decor. Fast delivery too.

The product was beautiful, packed very well and I love them!

I initially ordered the incorrect item ans The customer service was really good. My order sadly arrived with one cup damaged.
But they replaced it without any quibble and it arrived quickly.
The coffee espresso cups are of a great quality and lovely colours

Awesome company to work with. Great value for a great product, a ton of options and super cool people to deal with

Lovely mugs.

I purchased 4 Industrial Mugs, well made, sturdy handled, deep colour hues. Snaw is an easy site to manoeuvre, yes, they do advertise on Facebook but a trustworthy site!! Fully recommended, have a look....

Love them both-blue one and green.
Beautiful!!

I bought six glass coffee cups with wooden handles from snawco. After one run through the dishwasher, the handle fell off. Then I tested one that hadn't been through the dishwasher and the handle came right off with minimal pressure. I suspected these might be overpriced POS products and unfortunately was correct. And if the cup were to fall off the handle when it is full of hot coffee someone could get seriously injured -- very irresponsible.

I love these cups! They're not glass so won't break but don't seem like plastic. The color is nice, too. Arrived on time and in excellent condition.

The company is very pleasant to deal with. Love my mugs. And I will definitely purchase more.

The cup was broken when it arrived. Tried to find a way to report it but was unable to find a way.. paid $33 for a broken cup that will never be used

This cup is very small.
Not as described

Beautiful….

In January I received my order but unfortunately came with the wrong items. To be honest I was upset and so I wrote to SNAW letting them know that I want to return the items. YESTERDAY, I received another package containing the right items. I did not ask for it, SNAW proactively sent them. So I wrote again and asked the address so that I can return the incorrect items. TODAY, they replied saying I can keep or discard them. Another SURPRISE. Of course I will not discard but decided to give them away to pay forward. More power to this company.
