My order hadn't arrived. 2 weeks over the estimated arrival. They are reprinting my photos and resending a new order at no cost to me.

I am a photograher & have been making calendars with Snapfish for some years now.
The website is generally easy to navigate & the pricing good if you take advantage of a sale.
I've only had problem once or twice & found the chat/help function to be fast & very helpful.
One thing I would like to see amended, is the addition of a prominent button at check out to decline/remove saved payment details. Many people find this useful, I prefer my details not be saved & it's not that easy to achieve at present.

I have asked three times for my delivery address to be changed after the delivery was confirmed and still nothing has happened I've tried a fourth time – and I'm now waiting again

My saved projects have completely gone. Hundreds of hours of work. I am awaiting an email to see what has happened. I have used two different computers and neither can find them so the problem is at your end.

The received book was beautiful and arrived earlier than expected, however unfortunately had a printing error / alignment issue. Support staffer was helpful and issued a credit to have the job reprinted.

I used the service to design cards to announce my new baby arrival and thank people for their baby gifts etc. Their website is pretty intuitive with good design choices and customisable on my phone so easy to sort in between dealing with baby things. Cards look good and arrived earlier than estimated delivery date. There was a problem with my order (got damaged in post), but customer service immediately resolved it for me (re-sent order for free) with no hassles.

Never got my photos, says it was delivered to another part of Newzealand, no way of getting them and can’t get in touch with snap fish.
Terrible company don’t use them!!

I've made a holiday photobook using Snapfish and ordered online on Sunday July 19th 2026 evening - it arrived on Thursday, just four days later!

It was for a hardback, matte finish and 38 pages of heavy paper (220gsm) which opens flat. It cost me $78, a discount price, so I bought two of them, one to give to friends who accompanied us on holiday. The two books were heavy, but the postage was only $20. The photo quality was excellent. I had a query about cost at the paying point, which was answered by a real person who ensured I had the discounted price (70% off).

I'm not sure why other people say that shipping is high (it's not at all), or that the quality is poor - it was far better quality than other photobooks I have made (eg Bob books and Milk books). Customer service was great, and everything (photos and text) was placed exactly where I had put them in the photo book. I'm wondering whether folk who have problems are just not tech-savvy enough to place photos into a templated book. Or are some of the other reviews fake?

Another NZ friend always uses Snapfish and told me that it's the best they've ever used, so it's not just me. I like to give credit where it's due, and this is my genuine, very recent experience.

I ordered a photo of 1976 rugby team, with title writing above the players and names listed below the team. Photo arrived after 2 weeks with some of the writing cut off both above and below. Customer service was terrible, no resolution offered other than refund. Avoid.

Went to purchase book and it asked if I wanted to upgrade to premium. I agreed and paid. Only to find out it had reversed all my editing. Got a credit on book, though unable to use as had to make a new book to use it.
Not happy.

Horrible quality. I had some professional photos done of my baby I had some printed with Snapfish and it came looking very dull, dark and pixelated definitely not worth getting prints done here I had them reprinted at warehouse stationary and it came out accurately and exactly as it looks digitally.

We made 2 books, one is already falling apart and it’s less than a year old. Plus it has hardly been open.

The ‘chat’ option to get help is useless and non responsive, very disappointing

This company uses a New Zealand domain (.co.nz) but is an American company, charge through the nose for shipping and their $25 canvas's are actually $120NZD.
It should be illegal for a company to use New Zealand domains if they don't operate here. Total scam company and a waste of time.

I like the options they have, and I was ready to place a $300 plus order, but the shipping costs stopped me in my tracks. Nearly $150 just to send 3 canvas and a notebook. Absolute rip off, not even worth it even if they have the best sizing out of all other places I can find to fit.

When uploading photos make sure they dont have filter's or say low res in the corner when you upload them as they won't be the best quality, also make sure you click on you're photos to crop accordingly as the crop is smaller than the picture showen.
My photo print's tend to come out grainy but I recently received my framed canvas & the quality is amazing even better that they're currently 75% off, I was sceptical but the end result was so good I have made and purchased a second one. I've also made calenders before which also came out amazing.

Worst site i’ve ever used and will use for photographs. Ordered a book for a family member, of a family holiday and Snapfish sent the book half full with photos of complete strangers! A massive violation of privacy! Do NOT use this company. AWFUL customer service. I wonder which stranger received half of my photographs!

I ordered a few photobooks - The quality of the photos is terrible. I uploaded great quality photos, but somehow they ended up very grainy and extremely dark - you can barely see anything because they’re so dark. I tried contacting customer service, but I haven’t received any response at all.

My order went missing (delivery company's fault - not Snapfish), so Snapfish immediately dispatched another order without any delay or any charge. They were so responsive to my emails. I am really impressed with their service! Will be ordering from them again xxx
