I have been using the program for many years. About a month ago I did the upgrade to latest version. Program stopped working. Reached out to customer service many days later I was advised to uninstall program and reinstall. Tried many times to no avail. Rebooted computer many times to no avail. Reached out to customer service again. Many days later I was given complicated instructions to send log files. After several days of trying to figure it out I did. Sent files and I have been ghosted.sent another email nothing.in the past when problems arose it was always resolved.today another update came up I updated same result.i loved the program and I know it is not my computer because I also use 4 k downloaded and it works great.i am sorry that this how they treat a long time user.

I mistakenly purchased the 1-PC lifetime license right before discovering that I already purchased another 1-PC lifetime license last year, so I contacted customer service 4 or 5 times (with proof of purchases) asking from them to cancel my current subscription and refund me the amount before their 30-day refund policy expires. Until now (Feb 22), I did not get any response and refund.

Best app. Constantly updating to keep it working in tip top shape. Tons of features that none of the competitor apps have. You can do more than one, download trims, different formats. Super flexible. I use this ALL THE TIME. It never fails me - I mean it has a few times, but support has always made it right VERY quickly. If you need a reliable downloader, this is the one you want!

I purchased a lifetime use of SnapDownloader two years ago which I use frequently. On two occasions it stopped working so I notified them and soon had a new updated version working again. It is easy to use, fast and well worth the investment for a lifetime licence.

This app works perfectly and I can download and edit video's directly from various websites including YouTube. The support is excellent because every time there is an issue with the App, the issue gets resolved within 24 hours at the most. I highly recommend it.

I'm using Snap for many years now. It does perfectly what it's supposed to do.
And when a download problem appears, always due to sources' changes, they are able to correct it in 2-3 days max!

I have used Snap for a couple of years, and any time there is a problem, all I need to do is send one email explaining the problem and it is fixed, always within 2 days, and usually by the next day. I think this is an excellent company staffed with knowledgeable and conscientious people who put out a fine product. I plan to continue to use Snap and encourage others to try it.

SnapDownloader has made a very large amount of video material available to me with very few problems. The files I want are downloaded quickly and usually without issue.
I have had a few problems over the span of hundreds of downloads, but customer support has quickly resolved all of them. I wish all my apps were so seamless.

Very fast downloads and good results. Occasional issues with downloads perhaps due to the download target formats changing but corrected quickly when asked. Best download program I have used.

This is the one streaming downloader that can capture and create a video file out of a stream from many different sources. Also their Support, if there are problems, is very responsive when there are streaming capture difficulties.

I absolutely love SnapDownloader. Because of my job and lifestyle, I spend more time listening to podcasts than I do watching videos online. And thanks to SnapDownloader I am able to convert videos to audio files, which I do on a daily basis. I download all sorts of material--podcasts on finance, politics, cultural analysis, and also audiobooks and music--and listen to it on my MP3 player while I go on hikes or when doing chores around the house. SnapDownloader is a wonderful product, and I highly recommend it.

I frequently use the SnapDownloader to record many Youtube videos. I have used this app for 2-3 years and whenever there was problem and asked for the solution, they always promptly responded withint 1-3 days and solved the problem. I liked it so much that I bought another life-time license for my desktop pc.
