I fell for a "free box" ad on TikTok back in 2022 when I was around 13. I didn’t realize at the time that it was actually a subscription trap for over €200. No one wants to pay €200+ euros for their products, firstly because they mind you, they ILLEGALLY trap you in this subscription contract, a child cannot be in a contract like this according to laws and what they’re doing isn’t legal, and secondly not like i care but if you look at their reviews they’re known for sending outdated/near to date expiry products highlighting the poor quality of this scammer company so how have I caused you economic damage if you’re sending almost expired products anyways surely it would be very cheap for you. I’m also wondering how I have caused them a huge economic loss when nothing was delivered to me? (Probably because their products will go out of date if they keep it for too long LOL) €200+ too like are you crazy? They know exactly what they’re doing by labelling their stuff as “free” on platforms such as Tiktok where dumb kids like my younger self would fall for it, also still constantly harassing me for something that happened 3-4 years ago when I was a minor isn’t an appropriate reason to take any legal action, you can’t even take legal action because your the scammer!!! I’ve tried to cancel this so many times over the years, but they just ignored me and kept trying to take money from my account so I removed my card from paypal (where I made the purchase from) and deleted that account, yes their greed was that bad. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!!This harassment then stopped and I forgot about it until three years later in 2025, they are suddenly harassing me again and just a few days ago I got a invoice letter on how I owe them €200+ euros for damage compensation associated with "economic loss."

It’s a total joke because they never even sent me a single box, so how have they lost any money? I was a literal child when I signed up, so they are basically trying to bully a teenager into paying for snacks that don't even exist. They use aggressive emails to try and scare you into paying, but they have no right to the money. If you see their ads on social media, stay far away and make sure you block them on your bank/PayPal so they can't rob you.
Do not buy from this company, take this as a warning!!!! If you look deep into their reviews, people have very similar experiences to mine and all those 5 star reviews are fake and paid for.

This company knows wht they’re doing, they see our reviews and know that they’re in the wrong but are still trying to scam. Watch them send that whole auto generated reply but not sort this out SCAMMERS. They also tried tosay my review is not genuine LOOOL you guys are scammers. They tried to reduce this down to 50% now that i’ve asked them for proof and hopefully now bcus i told them i was a minor at that time thy’ll leave me alone creeps

Laatikoiden idea on kiva, että pääsee tutustumaan uusiin ja erilaisiin tuotteisiin joita ei itse välttämättä ostaisi. Toimituksesta pientä vähän negatiivista palautetta, pakettien toimitus kestää joskus jopa kuukausia ja se on harmi koska olen perheeni kanssa kuvannut youtube videoita niiden avaamisesta ja olisi ollut hienoa avata kuukausittain uusi laatikko.

The boxes are something we do as a family. We try all the goodies on a family movie night. The boxes are always a good mix of savoury and sweet snacks, some are unusual but that’s the point- to try something different. We like the information you get on the country of origin and our daughter collects them and then we look on the map where it is.

Its one of the best boxes i’ve had so far the packaging is amazing and has so much personality and the inside also the little post card that comes with it the small details that make it better

Vi er store fan af trustpilot herhjemme. Børnene elsker at se hvad der gemmer sig i hver boks. Vi har haft usa boksen i mere end et år nu og jeg har netop opsagt den MEN kun fordi vi vil prøve en boks fra et nyt land/ kontinent.
Vi købte også ramadan kalenderen som var et KÆMPE hit for både voksne og børn herhjemme! Vi glæder os allerede til næste ramadan boks! Stor stor anbefaling.

A different selection of treats every month! This has become a hit with our family and there is always something for everyone. High quality and new products that you can't get in Finland. I recommend it, especially for children these boxes are the highlight of the month ;)

We always look forward to receiving our monthly box of snacks, taking turns to guess where this months box is from and enjoying the different flavors of the world has really become a monthly ritual for us

It's a really cool experience for people to try sweets from all over the world. I think there should be a website or app to make that experience easier.

I have been with snackpilot for nearly a year now and we chose the USA box and we are always excited to see what state we get and we scratch off the map we have had 9 different states so far, we are never disappointed in what we get we have had the odd missing item, and the customer service provider always gets back and apologies and we get a wee % off our next box. I would highly recommend snack pilot.

I have been using snack pilot for over 6 months now, my children always look forward to our family time unboxing our delicious treats. The boxes arrive fast and have a great variety of treats for all the family to enjoy. If there is any issues ivw found, the communication response has always been fast and affective by email :) keep up the great work. We will look forward to many more boxes to come.

I enjoy trying all the different snacks which I share with my whole family. I have subscribed with the USA snacks but my personal favourite is the Japan box. Always good choices.
