ILLEGAL SCAM
A scam that has quite happily been taking my money every month from my O2 account without either my knowledge of this company or any signing up. Needless to say relevant offices and legal proceedings are underway...

My son aged 13 has a phone and ran up a bill of £84! I don't know how this company has taken details again like many he didn't sign up to anything but does go onto YouTube...their practices are vile and I have reported this to Ofcom. I have rang o2 who have barred such applications being activated through his number, rang them the company who have as a gesture of goodwill they can reimburse 34.88 I have just now emailed the business for the true cost of their charges through mybsoms phone's x

Send you a text
Send you a text, if you don't reply they charge you, they won't give an address but work from Dublin, but they work with Enarpee Services Ltd, 141 Englishcombe Lane, bath BA2 2EL.
Fraudsters
Fraudsters, they signed me up without my knowledge and now are holding my money until I give them more information about me. They are a complete disgrace and should be shut down.
fraudsters
fraudsters. I got my mobile bill yesterday to find out I'd been charged by sgames. I rang vodafone and they told me I had to ring the company for a refund. when I finally got through I was told it would take 2 weeks to send a cheque to me. I have cancelled my direct debt to stop the mobile company stealing my money and passing it on to these scammers. ofcom needs to take action against these fraudsters.

Dirty fraudsters lucky I was on a pay as you go 30 day package and there’s no money they can take still got the message I txt to my phone without giving them my details to begin with and with EE before they did this scam to me this time because it’s not contract like that with no dd no way to just steal your money aided by your network someone needs to stop these thieves with no decency at all

Received an unsolicited text saying I had subscribed to a service for £2.99 a week. I hadn't. The number it gave me to unsubscribe to is a premium rate numbers. They should be give the highest statutory fine available. Appalling!
total scam
total scam, report them to ofcom if you find they have started to bill you without permission
i found out they were billing me, after my phone "pocket-clicked" their website which was a advert on a youtube video... no idea how they get your mobile phone details and can start billing, but that was enough for the scam to begin
Scammers
I received the following outcome from the PSA (part of OFCOM) this week after I complained a year ago:
On this occasion the PSA has taken the decision to deal with this matter using our informal procedure and allow the provider to rectify the issues raised.
The PSA is satisfied the provider has now rectified these issues and the service is operating compliantly.
So there you have it. After years of these people stealing money nothing is being done AGAIN. There appears to be a weakness within O2 and Giff Gaff (and maybe others) that allows these companies to exploit us. They are using PHP headers to harvest our mobile number when we do Google searches. They use that information dishonestly and sign you up for this scam. This company is not operating openly and with complete transparency and the PSA has allowed them to get away with this.
I didn’t sign up to anything (or…
I didn’t sign up to anything (or atleast recall doing so). I’m normally quite careful with these things however about 2 months in, I realised I was being charged.
I called Vodafone, at first they insisted I need to contact the company for a refund, saying that vodofaone didn’t charge me, (when they did). I simply objected as Vodafone billed me (and without telling me) and so they need to take care of it.
I was also contacted by the company after I spoke to Vodafone, offering a refund but they wanted some ID first and my address. I declined simply because i did not trust fraudsters with my personal info, let alone one of my IDs.
The thing is, I now believe Vodafone receive a commission aswell as they were quick to assist once i had insisted they sort out the mess and they were able to contact and get a response from the company almost within minutes of me
Calling, suggesting they had an open line of communication with the company.
How companies can do business like this baffles me. I do not receive monthly bills from
My network and even if I did, I doubt I would check them. My bill varies naturally and this is probably the case with most people. Maybe this is why these companies exist.
Whatever the case, mobile operators should not work with them and the fact that they do, implies that they have a hand in this scam.
THE DIRECTORS OF THIS COMPANY ARE NOW…
THE DIRECTORS OF THIS COMPANY ARE NOW UNDER CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION. BOTH SNACK GAMES AND PLAY MANIAX ARE CONNECTED COMPANIES. THE REAL DIRECTORS ARE HIDING BEHIND SHADOW DIRECTORS. THE HMRC TAX FRAUD TEAM ARE DEALING WITH THE SITUATION.
Unethical, cheap and nasty business practices
Bear with me on this.
Imagine browsing, on your phone, a website that sells Jacuzzis, and that without logging in or creating an account you were able to buy that 6 seater luxury spa bath with the waterproof LCD, disco lights and in-bath fridge simply by clicking on a link on the site, and the cost was billed to your mobile carrier.
Now if you were in the market for said bath, that might be an attractive proposition.
But if your phone was in your pocket, and you bumped it and suddenly ended up with a 6 seater spa bath having giving only what at the least could be considered passive consent, chance are you may be a bit miffed.
That's what these guys do. This practice is filthy, and more should be done to block these fiends.
A quick Google search cleared up who they are, and a further search provided some info on the company (search for PSA Authority number checker and enter number 89365 - the shortcode they give you to unsubscribe).
If you get caught by these scammers, go ahead and unsubscribe either via calling them or replying STOP. It may be worth seeing if you mobile provider can place a block on premium rate or gaming billing as well.
I wish snack-games.com, and their payment company Impulse Pay, nothing but the worst for the future. May your business fold and your directors be found guilty of fraud.

No idea how they got my number or why they keep sending unsolicited text messages. Check your bank accounts, I have heard they are taking people's money without their knowledge.
Sanck Games /Cellfish and O2.....Scam
Sanck Games /Cellfish and O2.....these vile companies are committing fraud.
Apparently they sent a text regarding a game subscription which I ignored. They also said they send weekly reminders for their non existent service. Another lie!
Then they begin charging your account without authorisation.
The mobile providers that are allowing this to continue should also be held responsible.
They have access to your bank account through DD and they are abusing their customers trust.
Get a refund and contact TPS to block future marketing texts and calls.
I’ve stopped my DD to o2 as they can’t be trusted to protect your money.
How is this legal
How is this legal, and why is the onus on the victim to resolve this alone without the phone company support???
Shocking
same as everyone else
same as everyone else. getting ripped off and I've heard that whilst network providers do not directly make money from this 3rd party developer that they still make money as all the payments for this go through a PayPal like service in which the network provider takes a slice so you can see why it has not been shut down. Total B0ll0cks.
Fraudulent subscription
Scam, make sure you block future payments via your phone provider ASAP.
I have also reported them to the police: it only takes 2 minutes in the National Fraud and Cyber crime Reporting Centre portal.
Hope someone stops them!
SCAM ARTISTS!
Complete scam, trick you into clicking on pop ups and then signed me up via EE billing. Ring them on 02037509058 and ask for you money back!
