At first, when I ordered (some puffs), I didn't receive any confirmation email. I began to check the reviews online and the last reviews were very negative, I thought it was a scam so I already contacted my bank to ask to create a dispute.

But 2 days later, a lady called me to inform me that some of the puffs I ordered were out of stock. She was very nice and told me which puffs were in stock and that I could order them to replace those out of stock.
She sent me an email during the call, and the tracking number was created 30 min after. I received the puffs 3 days after in Poland (they were sent from Slovakia), so everything fine at the end.

The only thing I could suggest is to send a confirmation email of the order, because the consumer can be reassured right away :)

I believe that smokingdis has the best intentions to deliver the product you pay for. However, they are very bad at communicating the current status: in the past month of me leaving multiple messages via text, email and website, they only replied on one a single day (even conforming they received the payment). Once again I am not sure whether I just lost 50 euro's. Watch out with what you buy from this company; they seem to have a lot of stock problems and do not ease your mind by telling you how they will solve their problems).

One week since I made an order, they asked me the proof of payment that I made, and now doesn't reply. Order was worth 600 euro. Help to report this website guys..

Almost 3 months ago I placed a €140 euro order. Soon is got an email that the flavor I wanted was out of stock. Right after that I indicated that I would like to cancel the order then. The refund would be in my bank account within 7 days. 2 weeks later emailed where my money was, they forgot about it.... But within 7 days the refund would really be in my account. 2 months later still nothing. They told me to just contact my bank. Checked with multiple agencies, but unfortunately the refund has not been done until today. Since then they ignore all my e-mails. In short, never order from these fraudsters :)
